Terrible. Won’t be back. Dropped off my car for a new windshield appointment (Which was made 3 days in advance) was told it would be ready after three hours. At 2 and 1/2 hours of waiting received a call that the windshield they had in stock was scratched and that it wasn’t even the right windshield for my car. They get one star for not installing a scratched, incorrect windshield.- Update to the owners response, I gave my vehicle make and model and year and told the lady on the phone I was not sure if the windshield was heated. You, being experts in the trade, should be able to get that information so you can be sure when a customer shows up for an appointment and drops their car off they don’t have to wait around for nothing.

Came here expecting glass service, left with secondhand embarrassment and a reminder of why some people shouldn’t be allowed to speak in public. The tech had the nerve to say, “If you were a man, you’d be laid out already.” Bold words coming from someone who looked like he got lost on the way to middle school and never found his way back. He gave off serious “my cousin is also my uncle” energy and spoke like he was still working on the alphabet. Shocking he found the door this morning, let alone a job. And the owner? Imagine the energy of a guy who Googled “how to be alpha” and took all the wrong notes. Walking around like he's 7 feet tall when he's stuck at 4'11". Loud, absolutely miserable, and painfully insecure. You don’t run a business, you run your mouth—and not well. If you enjoy being disrespected and talked down to by people who peaked in high school, this is your place. Everyone else: run.

I have dealt with Bills Glass for the past several years and have never had a bad experience. My most recent experience dealt with two mirrored closet doors. The mirrors are separating from the doors and necessitated that they be removed in order to secure the glass. Bills Glass gave me a free estimate to start with and then called back and advised that I could possibly fix this myself by not removing the doors and simply adding adhesive tape. They advised that they would gladly furnish the tape. I had taxed their services somewhat and expected a bill, but they advised that the service was free which is quite uncommon in today’s Service economy.

So I had to have my jeeps windshield replaced, insurance covered it contacted them, and within an hour they called me to schedule an appointment, very prompt. I dropped off they said "plan on 2 hours or so, we'll call you" they called an hour and a half later that it would be ready in about 10 minutes, very good. I go pick up and I have a beautiful new windshield, they've cleaned my floor boards, very nice, they were all leafy and had pine needles all over, the top is off currently. But best of all! It's an older jeep and it has some idiosyncrasies, my side mirrors were looking at the ground because the screws were loose, I'm lazy and don't remember to tighten them, so if I go more than 35mph the wind blows them down. They noticed and tightened the screws so my mirrors work again! Thank you so much Bill's Glass for doing more than expected, I so much appreciate it.

Absolutely Avoid Bill's Glass for Any Auto Needs! What started as a simple windshield replacement turned into a seven-hour nightmare. I was repeatedly lied to, told my vehicle was being calibrated on-site, only to discover they do some shady stuff. They drove my vehicle downtown without my permission to an unapproved, third-party shop, Southern Oregon Alignment & Calibration. All insurance companies need to be aware because they are potentially paying for work Bill's Glass isn't even performing themselves, billing for services outsourced without proper authorization or disclosure. During this endless wait, their excuses were a revolving door of deceit: "everything is fine, they're just busy," "I don't know what's taking so long," "we called, they didn't answer," and "should be ready any minute." It was all a string of blatant lies. To make matters worse, after all that wasted time and deception, they couldn't even calibrate the new windshield. Don't bother waiting in their small office because it's so filthy, it's disgusting. The staff's behavior was appalling. The technicians were rude, and Bill himself was hostile and confrontational. I can't help but feel they believed they could take advantage of me, perhaps because I'm a woman. The two women at the front desk were equally unprofessional and unhelpful, responding to every question with a dismissive "I don't know." To top it all off, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner, Bill, had the audacity to tell me, "Well, if you don't like it, next time you can take your car to another shop." He certainly took the words right out of my mouth — never again! It's clear Bill has a serious case of "little man syndrome" and it's probably time for him to retire. Save yourself the headache and frustration—find another glass shop for your vehicle.

For 25 years I have been saving a very old, irreplaceable piece of glass for a special gift for my wife, a hand made door for our pantry. The trouble was I was afraid of it breaking when it was cut to size. I finally decided to use Bills Glass. I was greeted by a young lady who said it was possible it might crack when cut, but was pretty confident she could do it. She promptly unloaded the 36x48 pane, and in no more than 5 minutes confidently cut two perfectly sized windows. Imagine my surprise when I offered my credit card, when she smiled and said, "No charge, have a great morning!" Unexpectedly great professional service, I'll be back. But this time I'll insist on paying.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
