Buffalo Windshield Chip and Crack Repair

We had a chip in our windshield that started to crack even more. I called Buffalo Winshield Chip and Crack Repair, they came out right away. The technician was professional and he was able to repair my windshield (I thought we would've needed to replace it). I am happy with the service, turn around time, and price. The owner, Sonny, was very transparent and upfront with his assessment and management of my expectations regarding the recent windshield crack repair on my semi truck, Freightliner Cascadia. It was a larger, complicated crack and a difficult task. In my humble opinion, he did a great job with what he had to work with. It's been 1 week since he repaired my windshield, and all is well so far. I'm very appreciative he was even willing to attempt it when others simply wanted to sell me a new windshield. Especially considering the cost of a new windshield on a Class 8 tractor... His pricing was more than fair, along with the 1 year warranty on workmanship. Sonny was very professional and efficient. As someone who works in the car industry and has to get our cars windshields fixed constantly, I see firsthand how most of the major windshield “repair” companies will push to replace vs fix minor cracks. I spotted this business online and he got it done in under 30 minutes! Too early to say how long it will hold up but by the looks of it, it looks like it will not spread, and if it spreads he offered warranty and to come out to my location if needed:) Excellent overall and would highly recommend, seems like he truly cares about saving his clients money.

A coworker of mine called Sonny and he came right to our office while her car was parked. I also had a crack in my windshield and asked him if he could fix mine too. He fixed it within 20 minutes! Found the chip in my windshield Sunday at 4:45. Called not expecting to get service but just to get advice on how to keep it from growing. Once we spoke he told me if I was able to get to him he had time to take care of it. Never did I think I’d get this chip fixed on a Sunday at this hour. Thankful for him accommodating me and getting the chip fixed at a very reasonable price. If I ever need chip repair again this is the only place I’ll go to, and will certainly forward anyone I know to him.
