Bulldog Auto Glass

Highly recommend Bulldog Auto Glass! My window was smashed in/broken into overnight, and Jeff was responsive very quickly with a quote and met me nearby per his recommendation as parking is difficult in my neighborhood. It was very affordable, clear communication, and I had a new window installed the same day, saving me the anxiety of a broken window overnight. Hopefully won’t have to use them again, but if I did, will absolutely be calling Bulldog Auto Glass. Thank you again!

Jeff came right to my house and replaced the windshield of my car. This is customer service at it's best....prompt, a real person answers the phone, comes right to where your car is even if it's outdoors in the rain, friendly, detailed (he even transferred my oil change sticker form the old windshield to the new one) and all for $75 LESS than two other places I got quotes from where I would have had to drop my car off! He left with a quality windshield expertly installed and my car clean. I would highly recommend.

Update September 2023. It took a long time and a lot of patience on my behave, but he finally came and did the work. He is fully redeemed. I still promote him. He has a great personality does a good job and has good prices. ‐------------------------------------------------ He has done work before was very friendly good prices and good work. The the problem is, trying to get ahold of him and get him to actually show up or call back. I have been waiting about a week for him to get back to me again. This is the 3rd time that I had to play the waiting game and keep calling him back. When he calls back he says he'll check for the part and you never hear from him again. Yet my car window is still not done. Dec 2021. Jan 2022. Aug 2023 If he doesn't want to do a job he should say that instead of having people wait around. It's kind of a bummer because hes really a nice guy.

We came from WA state to Oregon to get our windshield replaced. He did a great job in installing our new windshield but after done, we drove for few minutes to the highway, we found out that our rearview mirror wasn't installed properly and I as passenger needed to hold it for 10 mins to find rest area to stop. It was dangerous if driver was alone at that time. Then, another incident happened again. We found out our wiper blades was broken and flew away to the street (almost hit another car from upcoming traffic). :( The guy should have done professionally installing back our wiper and rearview mirror. It's too dangerous to drive in that situation.

I called around to several places, Bulldog Auto Glass was the most reasonably priced. Jeff was very responsive. I called on a Sunday about three rock chips on my windshield. He was at my house the following morning. He text me his location so I was ready for him when he arrived. He was friendly and did a great job. Fast, affordable, exact right part & tint window replacement. The dealership wanted to charge me a $100 more for the same part plus additional inflated dealer rate installation. He covered my vehicle with a 10’x10’ tent to keep the rain & snow out of the vehicle. He shop vacuumed the broken glass out of the door’s insides & rest of the vehicle. He put cardboard down beneath the vehicle to catch falling glass bits, then used a leaf blower to clean the driveway of any glass we couldn’t see. The at-home on-site job done the right way the first time took only 1 hour & 47 minutes. They used my VIN to confirm the correct window part & tint. They texted & shared their location via Waze when they were on their way. I hope I never need to replace any vehicle windows again, but I would 100% use Bulldog Auto Glass again.
