I’m a repeat customer and felt like 2 jobs over 2 years deserved a review. Both times John communicated clearly and promptly regarding what would be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. There were no surprises to deal with. My car had a some aftermarket parts that needed to be worked around, but John handled them with ease. A day before the job, John messaged me to confirm both the time and address of the job. He showed up to our appointment and did an excellent job at a competitive price point. John is a pro, give him a shot! R

Sphinx auto Glass provides amazing service. John is upfront and honest as well as thorough in his explanation of things as well as meticulous in his work and clean up. I have had him work on windows in two separate cars. One was bust out from a break in. And the other was an automatic window where its motor gave out. He repaired or replaced both. I will continue to use his services as the need arises!

10/10 recommend Sphinx! They are very quick, reasonably priced and have greatly communication. It just so happened they were able to come out within an hour of us calling them for a windshield replacement on our Jeep WITH an OEM replacement. Super kind and made the fix easy for me. I didn’t have to leave my house.

First of all, John is a very down to earth kind of guy! He took to through each step and allowed me to take video/ pictures of him while working. I wanted to be able to do the project myself in the future incase I needed it. He advised me that the regulator might not be broken so I didn’t need to replace it. It turns out that he is right! I just needed a new switch for the front passenger side window and he even showed me how to hook it up myself since I have to order the parts.He even gave me the option of not paying him since we needed a part which I needed to order. I am confident that I can hook it up myself… thanks John. Business is business and he treated me with kindness and all the info I needed to hook up the switch myself. I definately recommend his business for a guy who does honest work! I’m keeping your business card and spread it to my family.

Although the part that originally came in was wrong, they were very good with communication and getting the right part in as soon as possible. Also, performing the repair at my location was amazing so I didnt have to go wait somewhere! Finally the service was fast and clean and installed without issues. Thanks Sphinx!!
