This company installed a new windshield for me on a new to me used car that I had just purchased. They were unable to figure out how to calibrate the vehicle, so they just left me without a functioning car. Warning messages galore for driver assistance functions unavailable. They refused to return for 5 days to try again, and wouldn't you know it when they returned they actually sent someone intelligent enough to know how to use their software to calibrate the car. This is awful customer service. You don't abandon a job until you finish it correctly. I think this make and model was much too complicated for them and they should only take on jobs that they are comfortable with. Very disappointed.

Cannot recommend this place. Scheduled a 1pm appointment on Good Friday. Dropped the vehicle off when they opened. Came back around 2:30 pm and was told they were sending the car to be calibrated. I saw my car leave and come back in 5 minutes. The technician came to me and showed me how the glass was damaged and the calibration guy wouldn't calibrate it. Which now means that my wife and I have to take time off from work to bring the car back on Monday. How do you install a damaged windshield. Bring the car back on Monday and was told that I would not receive some sort of discount for the inconvenience. It cost my wife and I money to come for a job that should have been done the week prior. They finally gave a paltry $25 dollars off a $594 job. I should have went to Defender like I initially was going to. With the time we had to take off, whatever difference the cost was by coming to this place was gone. You see how a good a company is when there is an issue, not when everything goes right. This is a bad company. Go somewhere else. Because when they mess up, they won't own it. Also, go to a place that can calibrate in house, not take your care somewhere else to do it.

Friendly staff, and they do a great job. Took my wife's car in for a windshield replacement and it took an hour like they said plus/ minus minutes. The price beat other companies near by and I believe we got the best deal. I've would've given 5 star, but I believe there is more that could been done. The outside windshield border could use some type of rubber sealant but its bear. I'm sure they seal good from inside but, I feel it would been better weather protection. Now I would probably have to add it myself.

POOR WORK WITH SAFETY HAZARDS - BEWARE I had quite the bad experience. I called in for a quote and scheduled a time for them to come out and replace my windshield. The tech was rude when he first arrived and couldn't believe that he had to work on my car either in my driveway (nice weather) or in my empty single car garage. Once he was done, he charged me $100 more than the quoted price. I called in to the store to find out why I was a victim of the Bait and Switch, and they told me its because they had to get the windshield from another vendor that costs more. That was in no way communicated to me. I asked to speak to someone who could help me with this, and they never called me back as they said they would. Fast forward a month - the windshield started cracking from the edge inwards. I did not want to deal with this junky company again so I took it to another auto glass professional. They confirmed the glass was put in incorrectly AND also informed me that the safety radars and camera systems were never plugged back in. I'm not angry, just quite frustrated with my experience. I've had C-Auto glass cancel/reschedule my mobile windshield replacement 3 times. Today was the 3rd time, and I had to call multiple times to check in. My appt. Was scheduled between 9 and 1, and my appt. Was officially canceled by them at 3:10 pm. The first time they said it was too cold. I don't remember the reason the 2nd time, and today it was because I couldn't provide a covered garage. Hell, I'd have brought a big pop up canopy if I figured this would keep being an issue. I'm deciding to utilize another business and paying double, but I just need to get this done. I work too many hours to take my car into their shop.

My car window was smashed by someone looking to steal from my car (no idea why, since I don't keep anything in it), so I called around for quotes to get it replaced. C-Auto Glass was the cheapest, and they were also the most helpful, pleasant and clear when asking questions on the phone, so I went with them. They got me in the day after I called, and I chose to wait while the work was done since they said it would only take about 45 minutes. That was pretty spot-on, and the window was very professionally replaced. It's like it was never broken. They charged me exactly what they quoted me as well (which shouldn't be something I need to point out, but with car repairs, you never know!). I had cleaned up most of the broken glass in my car's back seat, but there was still some in the door handle and cup holder since I had no way to remove it without using a vacuum with a hose attachment, and when I was looking over the replaced window I saw that they had even cleaned that out for me as well, without me even asking! It always sucks having to have work done on your car, but they made it as painless as possible here, just in and out, and I'll definitely be going back if I have anything else I need done.
