Tl;dr: - 5 stars for the work itself, as well as the customer service with the technician. - 3 or 3.5 stars for the ease of getting into to my insurance company so that they covered the replacement. - 5 stars for the patience and helpfulness of the Caliber representative who had to deal with that insurance info exchange. The phone call to connect Caliber with my car insurance so that they covered my window replacement (from a smash-and-grab) was a bit rocky. It was a three-way call between me, the person at Caliber, and the person at my insurance company, and the person from my insurance company couldn't hear me at all. It seems like they should have a more effective way to do that exchange of information, especially given I assume they have to do this kind of info exchange with most customers. However, everyone on that call was very patient, and we got through it (with the person from Caliber telling the insurance person all of the things I answered), so it took a little while and was a little weird, but it was fine. After that, though, everything was smooth sailing! I got an appointment for the next day, and they came to me. The woman who came to do the replacement was very sweet! There's a slight thump now as the window finishes closing, but it opens and closes smoothly otherwise, the door locks just fine, and she did warm me that it can be difficult to get every last piece of broken glass out of the door, so I'm not worried about it. Thanks Caliber, and thanks to the technician!

The glass I wanted was the OME glass they told me it was back ordered and could not get it. I settled for after market glass but did not look like my other one at all. I was not happy and they took care of it and I now have the one I wanted. Frustrating cuz all of a sudden it was here in 3 days so I felt like they lied and was not back ordered just didn't want to give me the other one. I worked with tresha the second time around and she was very nice and kept me posted on everything. My new one is in now and finally got the one I wanted.

Communication wasn’t good. Replacement was scheduled and I was told I’d receive a call early in the morning with a time window for replacement. When I hadn’t heard anything by about 10 am, I called them. They put me on hold for awhile and finally said it had to be rescheduled due to rain. I understand the need to reschedule but it was raining early that morning and I think somebody could have called me before 8am rather than me waiting for them to show up and finally calling them.

Caliber came out to my house and looked at the cowel, the rubber seal at the bottom of my windshield, and the rubber around the driver side frame. The only thing that was sort of fixed was the side windshield frame. I was told that the supervisor would contact me about the cowel and the bottom rubber seal for repairs. It’s been three days and I haven’t heard from anyone. I’ll be contacting my insurance company.

Brian was a superstar! He came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Very nice, no issues and everything works great. If I had another window break in I would definitely ask for him specifically to come out. As a BMW owner you know these cars are specific and finicky and have to be done correctly and carefully. He definitely delivered above and beyond the call of duty. Even vacuumed the broken glass that was in my back seat. Highly recommend this company for a good fair pricing AND ASK FOR BRIAN!

Darius was great, and went above and beyond when replacing my broken window on my driver's door, even cleaning up all the broken glass and wiping down the door when he was done. He was very friendly, too. Hopefully this never happens again, but if it does I'd get my window replaced by him again. Do note that you'll want your car somewhere covered (a garage, for example) before you schedule your appointment.
