Take my car for appointments at 8am with full gas tank as they requested and payment in full and waiting and miss whole day for work and to find out that don’t want to install a new windshield because my car has the old windshield out already but safelite don’t have the correct windshield and i told safelite not to put the old windshield back in because of was crack and damage after pick up my car they left the hood of the vehicle open and I’m driving drive the street when the vehicle warning me that the hood was open and i had to hurry up and pull over before anything get happened or cost any damage to my vehicle or anyone else vehicle they didn’t wanna touch my car because of the cameras was already unplugged. Which day was working fine but no problem now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund but they asked for a payment to be paid upfront and they didn’t even touch my car. I didn’t get the proper service that I deserve so now I gotta wait 7 to 10 business days on top of that so we received my refund just to take it to the dealership. I should’ve been in the first place. This place sucks this not a real glass place it auto body shop they try use space to be glass windows out of I highly don’t recommend this company to anyone or Safelite. They both wasted two days of my time. I’m very pissed off

When making an appointment to have the windshield replaced we were specifically asked if we wanted stickers on windshield saved and we said yes. Went to pickup and asked where the stickers were. We were told that it wasn't their problem they were just contracted and we had to talk to them. We had a park sticker and another sticker that was about $50 and basically told not our problem. Disappointed. After I posted the review was contacted and there was a miscommunication. They contacted me and had the stickers. They even drove them out to my house to drop them off. Great customer service and appreciated not having to get it from the shop.

I had a small chip in my F150 windshield and after calling around to get prices in my area, Caliber Auto Glass was the least expensive and one of the only companies willing to come to me. I got a quick reply from Brent and he arrived the next morning right on time. He was very polite and had the job completed within about 20 minutes. I was very satisfied with the work he did and highly recommend them/him to anyone needing a similar repair.

Just got my vehicle back unsure why the windshield isn’t the same as the one that came off not blaming caliber glass because , this could be a state farm thing. Windshield looks completely different than the one before seeing wires that I didn’t before and seeing paint dinks I didn’t have till today. The weird thing is there was no paperwork at all, the front lady said they contract out the work to someone else I assume this branch of caliber, and they didn’t check for an ID or any information checking if you were the owner of the vehicle like I have with other calibers in the past. Other than that the work was done by approximately 2 pm and a little glass on my dash still cleaned up decently nice knowing how hard it is to pick up the tiny pieces .

We had wonderful service replacing the front window of our Toyota Tacoma. I was concerned when told it needed to be calibrated afterwards. Caliber did an amazing job of it! Not only does it look fabulous…. All controls from the window work perfectly. To put the icing on the cake…. They had time to wash the outside and clean the mats. We had just gotten home from a trip out of state and my husband felt horrible it was so dirty and he hadn’t washed it yet. He was sooo happy!😆

We had such a great experience fixing the chip in our windshield. They coordinated with our car insurance so it was really only one call to get the job done. They came to our home and the fix is seamless. We really can’t tell where the chip occurred. All of the safety systems work beautifully. I’m hoping that we don’t experience another chip but with all the road construction going on… if it happens again… I know who to contact without hesitation!!!
