Nations Auto Glass (Formally Lake Auto Glass)

The rear glass of my son's 2003 Monte Carlo was hit by a foul baseball ⚾️ . After calling several other companies the earliest I could get it fixed was within 2 weeks due to lack of glass for a 22 year old car. I called Lake Auto Glass and they had the glass in stock and fixed it the next day. They were also cheaper than the competition. I had a 9am appointment and it was done within the hour. They even installed all new rear window trim and vacuumed up the glass. Very friendly staff and I will be recommending them to friends and family. It was such a great experience, part of me wants to take a hammer and smash out my front window just to go back 🔨 🪟 🤷

My wife had a window installed on our car, and this company did not install it correctly. When confronted with this information the owner was very belligerent, yelling and claiming they installed it correctly. I took it to my dealership where the car was purchased and they confirmed that the after market windshield that was installed was not properly done. It is convenient that they are open on the weekends but avoid this business at all cost. They will take advantage of you if they can and not repair the damage they have caused. **Update** This response has nothing to do with the fact that your company installed the windshield incorrectly. The dealership even stated nothing is wrong with the windshield cowl, you did not install the windshield correctly. The poor way you conduct business is why I have left this review.

Nations Auto Glass…Lake Auto Glass is awesome. 50 percent the prices of that outfit that spends all their money on advertising. Safe something or another. This glass company responds to quotes immediately! They text information and as the rights questions to ensure they have the auto glass you need in stock. Appointments happen right away and they even send a text message the day of your appointment as a reminder. You pay for the glass then pay for the labor. The guys that replace the glass have decades of experience and literally can swap glass out in minutes…not hours. The staff is friendly and you can just sit down with your phone and your car will be finished in no time! My 2015 Yukon has had 2 glass replacements where small rocks have cracked side windows. They are right near the expressway with easy parking and it is really a quick in and out. I love small businesses like this that know their stuff and understand we need reasonable prices too. Great leadership at this small business with an obvious customer focus. I have told my 3 sons about them and they are telling their friends . I took a photo of my car VIN number and texted it to them…and from that they can tell everything you need in the way if glass type but many times I gather that they don’t even need that. I have used their services twice and both times the experience has been great.

I needed my passenger window replaced due to a vehicle break in. I originally called another well known auto glass company and would have had to wait 4 days. My second call was to Lake Auto Glass (should have been my first) and was told to come in the same day. The whole process was done in about an hour and 15 minutes, they had other vehicles to do prior to mine. I appreciate their prompt and courteous service!!! If I ever need window glass again, this is the place I would call hands down. Thanks again!

My front windshield was hit by a large rock and it was severely cracked. I called a different company per my insurance company but they did not have my windshield in stock. They would have to ship it from their warehouse and it would take three days to get it in. I could not wait because I had doctor appointments to keep and the windshield damage was extensive so I had personal safety concerns. I called Matt at Lake Auto Glass. They have a hugh on site car glass warehouse and they had my 2012 windshield in stock. I went in within two hours of my call and they installed it perfectly for me. This was a Saturday afternoon and they got me right in. Great service and pricing. I Highly recommend Lake Auto Glass! Theresa

My car was broken into which led me to needing to get my window fixed. Lake Auto Glass was able to get me in that day. For my 2009 RAV4, it was going to cost around $230 for a new glass, installation, sales tax, and warranty. They also will vacuum up the glass. They did give me a few options on what time I could come in: 11, 12, 1, or 2. I chose 11 and brought it in around 10:40am. The guy told me that they’re still waiting on the part and it was scheduled to be delivered around 11am but it could arrive later. This was interesting to me since they gave me 11am as an option. But I wasn’t too in a rush so I said it was fine. Around 12:40, I get a text from them saying they were finished. I arrived and the new glass they installed looked great. It’s been over a week and I haven’t had any issues. One small complaint I do have is that I still found quite of bit of broken glass in my car which was disappointing. But overall, I had a decent experience with Lake Auto Glass.
