they replaced the windshield in my explorer. They broke the trims on the sides so they silconed & electrical taped them in place. when we were driving they blew off. when I went and asked them about it they told me yea that happens with those cars and that they wouldn't replace them. they were $400 at Ford. wasn't real thrilled about that experience. we have also had dakotaland replace this windshield and the trim pieces didn't break and there wasn't a extra $400 bill from ford.

I have been to this location 5+ times, as I travel often for work & my windows take a beating. Mark the manager is the best! I always enjoy him when I’m waiting. He’s helpful, kind, and just an all around great guy! All the guys are great! I’ll continue to recommend them forever- & see them with my vehicles forever

Excellent experience. Came in the day before for an estimate, liked what I heard, and they had me booked the next day. Dropped off the vehicle at 12, expecting to take several hours (because of recalibration), and was pleasantly surprised to receive phone call that my car was ready, just a couple of hours later. Hope that I will not need their services again, but if I do need my windshield repaired in the future, I would gladly return.

I had a back window put in by this business.Less than 4 Months later the window shattered on its own. They could have possibly installed wrong or sold defective glass. When I asked them about it they said that it was a rock. There was no other vehicles around when it shattered. Had a large chip in the windshield, it had a few cracks radiating out from the chip. He said he said he could try but it might not work . He did it in about 45: minutes. Said he could not guarantee it. I said that was fine. At least they tried, and it was really quite a bit smaller. I went to pay, he said no charge. If I can't guarantee it 100% he doesn't charge. We always shop around for prices and certified auto glass always has the best price. We had our front windshield replaced last year and they did excellent work. We had our back window broke during the recent tornadoes and certified auto again had the best price, customer service, and timely response. I would highly recommend them! Hopefully we won't need to go there anytime soon, but they will be our go-to if we do.
