Honestly, take this as a sign to stop reading reviews and give them a call! From my first interaction to my installation today, I have been nothing short of deeply impressed! It was easy to request a quote online, and Travis responded to me overnight with a very competitive price -- in fact, they were the most affordable option I found in town. When I called, Nick was able to schedule my install for the next business day! The business is fully mobile, so they'll come to you (work, home, etc.). In under 2 hours, Nick had my windshield replaced while I worked! He left my car looking better than he found it, and made sure my dash was spotless when he was finished. The process was truly effortless, and it felt wonderful to have this issue off my mind and in the hands of the professionals -- plus, it's always a bonus when you don't have to take off work and arrange rides to drop off/pick up a car! It was obvious that Nick and Travis wanted to earn my business based on their responsiveness, warm and friendly customer service, eagerness to accommodate my schedule, and competitive pricing, and I am so grateful for their help. I will be recommending them to everyone, and they'll be the first call I make next time I need glass fixed or replaced!

My back window on my car was shattered. I was going to make my appointment with Safelite but they were booked a week plus out and I couldn't wait that long with a busted window. Well, thank God because Travis was awesome. It was raining today and he stopped by where I worked because he was concerned I might get water from the broken window. He put a tarp on it till he was able to repair it. He decided a little later he was going to take my car back to the shop instead and returned my car fixed in a hr. Travis went above and beyond. I recommend this company to anyone that needs their window repaired. Thank you!

Siouxland Auto Glass is locally owned and operated, and I prefer to invest our money in local businesses. They were able to replace my windshield within two days of my call. They work with and are covered by car insurance, even though my insurance company gave ne a hard time because they have a deal with Safelight. We used Safelight a couple years ago, and they were not very convenient or friendly, so I gave Siouxland Auto Glass my business this time. My windshield was replaced promptly. It was super convenient. They came to me and replaced the windshield at my house. Prices are very reasonable, and Travis was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and easy to work with. I will use them again.

I called around to get quotes and didn't want to spend much on it since the car really isn't that nice. I called siouxland auto glass and Travis picked up right away, he gave me an incredible quote, was insanely personable and transparent, and was even willing to come to my place of work to replace it! He beat everyone else's prices by quite a bit and had some great reviews so I was able to pick siouxland auto glass with confidence! He also told me he would be able to get me scheduled WITHIN A DAY OR SO and was so prompt to help me out! There were no hidden fees! He didn't charge for mobile repair since I was close, and stayed in touch with me via text to make sure I was well taken care of! He let me know he stands by his work in case of water leaks, air leaks, or stress cracks. He ran me through the do's and dont's before he started the repair, and got it done in a very timely manner with professional quality! If you want the best of quality and affordability this guy does great work for a great price!!! The best of both worlds! When I see *5 star* reviews all across the board I automatically assume 1 of 2 things. Either the company wrote its own reviews(or friends/family) or because it’s a 5 star company. And that is exactly what Siouxland Auto Glass is, ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Frustrating follow up. Things started good. They responded with a quote a few days after I asked. Their price was fair. I do not live in SF and so there was a fee for mobile service, which I found reasonable and it saved me hassle of coming to town. The appointment was made, they called and got a location and estimate on time. When they arrived they went to work and "finished" the job. The job was paid for with instructions given to someone else who paid and they couldn't convey the message, and after inspection I had some concerns. so I called that morning. No answer, left a message. He called back that evening, I asked my questions and shared pictures of my concern. He indicated he knew what the issue was and it would take long to fix. I told him I'd be in SF the next day and can bring it to him. He said to let him know when I was headed that way and he would make sure it's done, even if he had to have me "bring it to his house that evening". When we left, we let him know via text, which is what he asked for. No response. We did our thing and posted a picture of where we parked and would be for a few hours. No response. Came out, nothing was done. It has now been 5 days since I have heard anything from them. I have left voicemails, sent texts and sent emails. They have not responded. This is incredibly frustrating. I was told it would take 15 mins to fix the issue and they have not responded or followed up in any way. I did this the way they asked me to do it, and they can't follow through. I'm now to the point where I probably have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. If they ever respond and fix my issue, I will update this review. However, I would be concerned about any follow up or post install issues you may have. Only reason I can't do 1 star is the front end of our business was fine.
