Frustrating follow up. Things started good. They responded with a quote a few days after I asked. Their price was fair. I do not live in SF and so there was a fee for mobile service, which I found reasonable and it saved me hassle of coming to town. The appointment was made, they called and got a location and estimate on time. When they arrived they went to work and "finished" the job. The job was paid for with instructions given to someone else who paid and they couldn't convey the message, and after inspection I had some concerns. so I called that morning. No answer, left a message. He called back that evening, I asked my questions and shared pictures of my concern. He indicated he knew what the issue was and it would take long to fix. I told him I'd be in SF the next day and can bring it to him. He said to let him know when I was headed that way and he would make sure it's done, even if he had to have me "bring it to his house that evening". When we left, we let him know via text, which is what he asked for. No response. We did our thing and posted a picture of where we parked and would be for a few hours. No response. Came out, nothing was done. It has now been 5 days since I have heard anything from them. I have left voicemails, sent texts and sent emails. They have not responded. This is incredibly frustrating. I was told it would take 15 mins to fix the issue and they have not responded or followed up in any way. I did this the way they asked me to do it, and they can't follow through. I'm now to the point where I probably have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. If they ever respond and fix my issue, I will update this review. However, I would be concerned about any follow up or post install issues you may have. Only reason I can't do 1 star is the front end of our business was fine.

When I see *5 star* reviews all across the board I automatically assume 1 of 2 things. Either the company wrote its own reviews(or friends/family) or because it’s a 5 star company. Siouxland Auto Glass is locally owned and operated, and I prefer to invest our money in local businesses. They were able to replace my windshield within two days of my call. They work with and are covered by car insurance, even though my insurance company gave ne a hard time because they have a deal with Safelight. We used Safelight a couple years ago, and they were not very convenient or friendly, so I gave Siouxland Auto Glass my business this time. My windshield was replaced promptly. It was super convenient. They came to me and replaced the windshield at my house. Prices are very reasonable, and Travis was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and easy to work with. I will use them again.

I can’t rave about Siouxland auto glass and Travis enough! Travis returned my call within 20 minutes and fixed some rock chips in my windshield on a day that nobody else would. He came to the parking lot while I was at work and had the job done within a half hour. He was honest, professional and personable and offered a very fair and affordable price. He treated me like he valued my business with top notch customer care. He will be my windshield guy from now on!

Travis was professional, fast and efficient when he replaced my windshield. He called ahead of time to inform me he was ahead of schedule and arived earlier than I anticipated and immediately got to work. He wasn't constantly on his phone like you see so many younger people now and explained the process all the way thru the window replacement. He even went above what was required of him and glued down the windshield edge strips that have been loose and irritating since we bought the bar. Not only was Travis professional and timely but he was friendly and personable as well. I was working at the property I manage but when I had time I would go out to see how things were going and we would get to talking and before you know it - twenty minutes would go by - but he never stopped working, or even slowed down, during our conversations. He also went above and beyond what he was required to do and assisted me in properly indexing my wipers so they no longer struck the edge of the roof post when I used them. I'll most definitely be using Siouxland Auto Glass for any future glass needs and I'll even ask if Travis is available to do the work. Oh, and not only was Travis and the company top-notch but they had the most competitive price in town so choosing them was easy and my wife and I are very happy with the work and the quality of installation of the windshield. Anyway, that's my two cents Thanks everyone and I would seriously encourage you to hire these guys.

My back window on my car was shattered. I was going to make my appointment with Safelite but they were booked a week plus out and I couldn't wait that long with a busted window. Well, thank God because Travis was awesome. It was raining today and he stopped by where I worked because he was concerned I might get water from the broken window. He put a tarp on it till he was able to repair it. He decided a little later he was going to take my car back to the shop instead and returned my car fixed in a hr. Travis went above and beyond. I recommend this company to anyone that needs their window repaired. Thank you!
