I went into replace a power window regulator. Once they got into the door they discovered the problem was a cable that came loose . they didn't have to replace the regulator at all. Took my car to have him fix a rock chip. He took a look at it, and said he didn't think it would get worse. It is very small, and in the middle of the windshield. Maybe about the size of a pencil eraser. He looked at a chip in my Daughter's windshield, and said it did need repaired. Nice to know that he is honest, and not greedy. I will go back if I have a problem like this again. I highly recommend this business.

I have unfortunately had need for a windshield replacement and then a nasty chip repair less than a year later! But Chips makes everything so pleasant, they're so polite and friendly and the prices are competitive (I hate spending more than I need to on anything); I tell everyone who needs auto glass stuff to come here! Behold the before and after of the chip that they literally said "that's a doozy" about; it's held for several months now with no sign of problems! I'm sure to use Chips for my auto glass needs as long as I live in Mobile!

These guys are pretty amazing. Polite, professional, good people. Pricing structure is right on point. They do good work, and their knowledge of the subject is vast. The work was completed in the timeframe given, and for the estimate. There is an air conditioned office to wait in, but no wifi. As they can replace an entire windshield in under an hour, that isn't really a problem.
