Chips Auto Glass

I have unfortunately had need for a windshield replacement and then a nasty chip repair less than a year later! But Chips makes everything so pleasant, they're so polite and friendly and the prices are competitive (I hate spending more than I need to on anything); I tell everyone who needs auto glass stuff to come here! Behold the before and after of the chip that they literally said "that's a doozy" about; it's held for several months now with no sign of problems! I'm sure to use Chips for my auto glass needs as long as I live in Mobile!

My back window was busted out and I came here to get it fixed and the customer service is great!!!! They fixed the window in no time and we had a wonderful conversation while I waited and the prices were unbeatable for any of my window needs I definitely will come back!!!!

The best customer service you can ask for. I appreciated Mr. David for detecting the problem with windshield noise I was having and ensuring I was provided with all of the information necessary as he diagnosed the problem. Whether its repair or replacment you're considering, you will have confidence in the integrity of the men assisting you as well as satisfaction with the results you receive. It's a pleasure to do business with a company continuously raising the standard of quality service on the gulf cost.

These guys are pretty amazing. Polite, professional, good people. Pricing structure is right on point. They do good work, and their knowledge of the subject is vast. The work was completed in the timeframe given, and for the estimate. There is an air conditioned office to wait in, but no wifi. As they can replace an entire windshield in under an hour, that isn't really a problem.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I most certainly would! David and his staff are AMAZING! He fixed a crack on my windshield where a rock hit it in minutes, and you can barely tell anything is there now. They were extremely nice and just all around great guys! I won’t go anywhere else for windshield repairs. Very reasonably priced too.
