Paul was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond for me. He was just finishing up for the day when I called to inquire about a rock chip repair, and instead of turning me away because he was "done for the day," he said no problem I got you. He even came to my location! He was friendly and very professional. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Definitely recommend! Thanks again Paul!

Paul was off on his lunch hour but immediately turned around and drove back to the Target store where I was parked to accommodate my busy schedule. He had it fixed in 25 minutes after my call. His fee was reasonable and the work has held up nicely. He provides customer service like it used to be. Would like to give 6 stars.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Paul is the absolute BEST! On my way to work this morning a huge rock flew up and cracked my window. I get to work and text Paul with QWR who has fixed chips/cracks for me before and he fit me in today. He came to my work barely 2 hours later and got me all fixed up in about 30m or so and even called my insurance claim in for me. This is the 3rd time I have used him and I seriously can not recommend him enough. Small businesses definitely need our support right now and he is seriously the nicest fella. So if u have a crack or chip give him a call!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair

Edit: The owner says that he didn't work on my windshield. I literally said that in the review. The man is claiming that I have the wrong guy. It was him. I know who I called. I have a master's degree and I know how to read. Not to mention, he's the only windshield repair company that pops up on Google on Schillingers Road. It was him. ... I called to speak to this company to inquire about windshield repair. They didn't say the company name so I didn't know it was them until after I asked. Afterwards, he told me that insurance would cover the chip in my windshield only if I had a $0 comprehensive deductible. I remember my father telling me that our bundled plan did cover this type of repair so I told the man that I would double check with the insurance company and get back with him. At that point, he told me that even if they covered it, I shouldn't use them because it's going to drive up my premiums. To repair a windshield chip??? When I told him I was on the way, he told me to come on in. I didn't think anything of it until after I called two other places after him (because I've learned to be thorough when it comes to getting things done that I don't understand the processes of.) Those other two places declined me because it had been raining all that day. When the second company declined me, I asked them to explain to me why they cannot repair my windshield in the rain. They told me that the resin that they use will cause it to cloud up if there's any moisture in the windshield and they only get one shot at it. Me not knowing this ahead of time, this man at this company was going to perform this repair on my windshield in the middle of a rainy day that had been raining all day long and had not stopped. So first he told me that my insurance company wasn't going to cover the windshield repair because I didn't have a zero deductible comprehensive which was a lie. He really had no right to say that because he didn't even know who I was with. He didn't ask. Then he said that my premiums were going to go up which after I checked with my insurance company, that too was a lie. Then he was going to risk his only chance to fix this windshield chip properly in the rain with all the humidity and moisture on my windshield when no other company would dare try to do it. Contrary to a lot of other people, I don't get mad at people for being lazy. I'm lazy myself, but do not insult my intelligence or take advantage of my ignorance because you don't want to do the paperwork with the insurance company, but you will happily risk damaging my windshield permanently without a thought in the world all the while, claiming that you're doing all this to help me out when you're only helping out yourself. Go to this company if you want to.

Husband came home with a crack on his rigs windshield and called safelite who, instead of just repairing a simple crack, wanted charge an insane amount and unnecessarily replace the entire thing. I called Paul and with short notice given, he showed up on a Saturday to repair it. Took all of 30 mins start to finish and couldn’t even tell there was a repair done. Saved us and our small business a lot of money and my husband a lot of possible DOT stops. He was super professional, friendly and efficient the entire service. We’ll be calling him first from now on and so will our trucking friends.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair

I needed a chipped car windshield repaired and happened to notice a sign for windshield repair at the Pitstop car wash on Schillinger Road in Mobile, AL. Paul, of Quality Windshield Repair, looked at my car windshield and also found a second chip. Paul quoted me a very reasonable price as I was not planning to make an insurance claim. Paul was personable and expertly repaired the two chips in hardly no time at all. The repairs are perfect & not visible to the naked eye. I was 100% satisfied with the quality of his work. Highly recommend his service.ServicesAuto windshield repair
