City Auto Glass

I had the driverside window broken out of my car while I was out walking - what a pain. After contacting my insurance, I called City Auto Glass to ask about repair. They were fabulous! Their office staff walked me through all the options. Other companies I called couldn’t repair for one week- too long !!! City Auto had my window in stock and were able to come to my home the next day for repair! The gentleman did a fabulous job - he also fixed a ping on my windshield at the same time. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Entirely helpful, professional and great at problem solving!!!

I will start this review by saying I will NEVER recommend or use City Auto Glass again. A Driver window replacement. Should be easy. This nightmare started the day of install, when the technician had the WRONG glass after having everything taken apart. Reschedules for the next day, with the CORRECT glass. No problem replacing the glass...A few days go by, and I notice there is a SIGNIFICANT amount of broken glass still in the door frame. So the technician comes back out the next week to clean the rest of the glass. The window was newly tinted that day so he couldn't roll down the window to clean the glass out. I also notice there is damage to the door panel handle and the speaker was reinstalled incorrectly after he was finished. So the technician comes back out a 3RD TIME and after 2.5 hours of work with 3 techs on the car, they got MOST of the glass out. They offered to order and replace the door panel handle, but did very little to correct their multiple errors and severe inconveniences to me. smh.ServicesInstallation, Auto power window repair

Got my rear window replaced because it blew out on me. They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance and got a new window in for me within a couple of days. They cleaned up all of the glass in the car and made it as if it never happened. The window they installed had a defect causing a distortion through the window. I called them and they had me come back a couple of days later and they installed a new window free of charge which is great. Plus they offered me a vehicle to use while they installed the replacement Great customer service. Thanks guys!

This isn't a glowing review... it started with a phone call that I received that morning from Tony to see if I can come in earlier, informed Tony that I would prefer to wait because I was trading my truck in that day. Tony advised against it and that there is a courtesy truck available. When I got there (at the South Saint Paul City Auto Glass),I met with Tony and told him that I'm going to wait for my truck, because I'm leaving from here to the dealership to trade in my truck.... he stormed off, yelled at the receptionist (and indirectly at me) that THIS WAITING HAS TO STOP!!!!! It was a wonderful experience. Especially in todays world when it’s hard to get service in a timely manner, and have the service be awesome! He was extremely polite and professional. They came to me so no need to drive anywhere. And he worked very efficiently, and was finished much sooner than I thought. It’s been 2 weeks now since my windshield was replaced. I’ve driven thru rain, and been to the car wash with NO problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this company!! So if you need glass work done give them a call. Had a rock fly into my windshield last week and caused it to crack further. Went through my insurance and selected safelite as I've always heard good things. Was scheduled the next day, and I had my appointment yesterday. They had me in and out in approximately 2 hours. Great quality glass and work. Nice waiting area as well. The tech working on my vehicle also observed a few things with my vehicle that needed attention, and it was nice of him to point it out to me. Definitely recommend anyone with auto glass issues to this place. See my before and after photos with the review.
