I own an Automotive Hail Repair company which travels the US to large cities after catastrophic hail storms. I have seen Many windshield repair shops all over the nation… many shops leave me needing to get two or three selections during a storm. River City Glass stood TALL and fulfilled ALL of our automotive glass needs during the 2022 hail season. The repairs performed by the crew here is solid. The turn around is fast and the price is right ( do not go low end for glass installs, it is not a good outcome for your vehicle). We had 126 windshields, back glass, quarter glass removed and installed this year from Bryce and his team after the hail storms ( just our shop alone). From 2022 Tundras, Mercedes, to 2008 Honda CRVs. They did it all. This is a crew of good people. Let them repair your windshields or auto glass.

TL;DR: Bryce is the person you want fixing your windshield! He'll do stellar work at a stellar price, and he really knows his stuff! He comes to you for the same price, and shows up when he says he will. Details: I'm a car guy, do most of my own work...but not a windshield. I'd had a rock hit the edge of my front windshield, starting a crack that I couldn't save myself. (I did try, having been successful a few times in the past.) I was pressed for time, about to drive back to New Mexico after selling our house, and was lucky enough to catch Bryce just as he was leaving the shop. All the other "quotes" I got that morning didn't ask the right questions to even ascertain what windshield I would actually need (different options on a car require different windshields), but Bryce did, and gave me a better price than anyone else to boot, so I went with him after seeing all the glowing reviews. His reviews are legit...Bryce really knows his stuff! One testament to that is that he was totally comfortable with letting me watch the whole process...I'm always interested, but it takes someone really confident in their work to let a stranger who clearly knows something about cars watch you work on their car! Another is that Bryce has the right tools for the job, knows how to use them, and keeps them in good shape. But at the end of the day what really matters is the quality of the repair, so I waited to write this review until I'd driven the car in the rain, left it in the hot sun, and generally gave it a shake-down, which it has now passed with flying colors. Unfortunately we have moved to New Mexico, but if I were still in the MinniApple I would always go back to Bryce...and I'll be telling my friends there that he's the one to turn to if they need glass work done, or just an honest assessment!

My rear tinted window was shatter at night and I was devasted when I found out in the morning. My insurance didnt cover it. I called 3 other places and this had the lowest price. They were mobile and we worked a day and time that worked for us. David did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He has background knowledge of car repairs. Ive had it for 1.5 years and its costing me out of pocket to repair. so he let me know some discoveries he encounter by a previous who didn't get it done well. Bryce the owner was so knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea what I needed or was doing, he was able to walk me through the process and provide options for what I was looking for. He was able to fix my windshield the same day I called! I can't see myself going anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Plus I got a bottle of River City Auto Glass hot sauce! What other Auto Glass shop has hot sauce to provide to customers.

After my window got shattered by a jerk looking for stuff to steal the day before Easter, I was an anxious wreck trying to get it figured out. One call with Bryce later and I got my window fixed THAT DAY- and for the price point that was a steal compared to other offers I was getting. Made the whole process so easy, and I'm definitely keeping the business card on the fridge just in case. I'm not car inclined at all, but if you trust a random stranger leaving a Google review for automotive glass, I hope you have faith in my words that you'll be getting quality work here.
