Nice friendly customer service on the phone. They quoted a good price. They came out to do the job and said they had to charge a more, a lot more because of a "miscommunication", there wasn't. Was going to get my windshield fixed until I found out this company thinks unaliving people is funny. Shame shame shame. Screenshots don't go away neither does word of mouth

I was driving through Phoenix on my way to Texas when my windshield got hit by a pebble. In less than an hour the crack had spread halfway across my windshield. Angel at Citywide Autoglass in Tucson responded quickly to my phone call and replaced my windshield at a fair price. So thankful for these kind of Angels!

I previously would use the suggested vendor from my insurance company [Safe_____]. Any little rock and I would get a chip or crack. I had the windshield replaced 3 times in one year. I learned that the other national company uses inferior glass. Windshield number 4 was put in 3 years ago from Citywide Auto Glass. Not one chip or crack and I've had rocks hit my glass several times. Buy local. Citywide did an amazing job with my windshield and the windshield is still in perfect condition 3 years later!

Elite customer service, were able to come out same day and replace 3 car windows. Assisted through the insurance process. All of it was much appreciated during a stressful time. I would highly recommend to anyone to contact Angel at Citywide Auto Glass when you're in need!
