I recently visited a Mercedes dealership for an oil change on my 2022 Mercedes CLA250 and asked for a quote to replace my cracked windshield. The price they gave me was shocking! As soon as they asked if I had insurance, I knew it was going to be expensive. I decided not to go through with it and wanted to shop around for better prices. Later that same day, while driving back to work, I noticed a Clearside Auto Glass vehicle in Santa Ana. I took it as a sign, wrote down their number, and called them the next day for a quote. To my surprise, their price was so reasonable it felt like a no-brainer. I immediately booked an appointment, and within two hours of arriving at my house, the job was done. At first, I had some concerns because I didn’t see any reviews for their business on Google, but then I found they had over 300 reviews on Yelp. That gave me the confidence to trust them with the job, and I’m so glad I did! The service was fast, affordable, and professional—and I didn’t even need to use my insurance. I want to thank Derek for giving me a great special price for repairing 5 cracks on my car windshield. I can't see 3 of the 5 cracks after he did a great job. The other 2 cracks were the worst and severe type of cracks; he told me that I will see little bit of it in certain angle and the purpose of his job was to stop the crack from getting worse not clearing up completely of the cosmetics appearance. So, he was honest with me and I knew about this situation before he did the job. The 2 worst cracks did not get worse than it is and I don't notice it when driving unless I see it closely. So, Derek did his job that I can't complain about. I will choose to see him again in the future if the cracks don't hold up for free per his policy or/and if I need to replace my whole windshield. I do recommend anybody that is looking for windshield crack repair to go to Derek aka this Clearside Auto Glass.

Derek is awesome! Called him and he responded right away, and was able to come out and repair my windshield same day. He did a great job, you can't even see where the windshield was chipped before, and the price was better than other mobile windshield repair companies. 5/5 I would (and already have) suggested Clearside Auto Glass to friends!
