Visiting my family from London, the passenger window to my niece's car was smashed the morning after I arrived. Jeff and his colleague were absolutely incredible and really should have arrived with Superman capes on, because they were heroes. I was stunned by how thorough Jeff was, down to picking out virtually invisible glass embedded in the mechanism to the electric window, so that my niece wouldn't be left with yet another problem. I've never known someone take such pride in their work. These are the people you need, you will only ever need, if you need glass replaced in your car.

I had spent some time calling around to different windshield repair companies because i need a windshield installed in my Datsun 510 and my girlfriend needs her daily driver's windshield replaced. I spoke with the owner and he is not only knowledgable but explained the process, the exact price it would cost, how long it would take, etc. He explained the different types of glass to me and why to choose the more expensive one. Long story short, I took a chance, got the slightly more expensive glass and WOW. The windshield looks EPIC. It's been a few months now, no issues, no warbles and the glass is perfectly clear. I've heard a few horror stories about cloudy glass, etc... Super happy we chose Coast Auto Glass and I'm going to be calling to get my Datsun's windshield installed now too :)

If you want a dependable, honest windshield repair company this is your place. They were not only on time but called to confirm with me to see if I needed to change. They came exactly when they said they would and showed nothing but courtesy. Their service match their timing - impeccable. They made sure I understood all elements of what they were doing and explained each step to me. I am sure this is not common place but I am always looking to learn. I had my car broken into. Safelight was the one authorized by AAA but the only appointment they had was 10 days out. I didn't want the hassle of doing a rental and seeing my broken-in car for the next 10 days. I chose Coast Auto Glass because of their high rating in YELP and Google Reviews! Jeff and his crew delivered 100%. He was very responsive even through text or when I left a voice message. The day I found out my car got broken into - he got the parts and scheduled me the next day for the installation since he was fully booked that day. This guy was amazing, I drove in from out of state to help my son with his truck and needed a side window that day, He was out with other customers told me he could order the glass and have it for me the next day. He also said if I could not wait try an auto salvage and explained in detail what tools I would need down to the size of the socket. He left me with, call me if you get stuck and have any questions. I called several glass shops before him and received the kind of service we have come to expect so it's shocking when you get this level of service. So many of us are quick to post the bad but forget to take the time when a company goes well above and when they do should me recognized for it. I don't see how you could go wrong making him your first call. I think his name was Jeff.

Just this past week someone broke into my truck. I called safelite to get the work done and they never got back to me to schedule an appointment, so I looked online and found Coast Auto Glass. Based on the good ratings I thought I'd give them a shot since I was desperate. Coast Auto Glass was amazing. The service guys, Jeff and Bob, were very professional, efficient and ON TIME. They cleaned out and replaced my driver side glass in no time. I also asked them to take a look at my passenger side window because I had another break in several years ago. Another company came out to fix it and never got it to work right. Years after suffering from having only 1 window work I now have both fully functional windows again thanks to Coast Auto Glass.
