These guys literally saved my life (my keeping a drivers license life that is). I needed my truck windshield replaced for a drive test and everybody was booked out at least two weeks due to the hail storms. I had a week, figured I’d find somebody to get me in and then the test was rescheduled at 9am for 3pm that day. These guys went out of their way to make sure my windshield was replaced that day, before they started their scheduled work day. Most kind and caring people I’ve met in a long time and their work is top knotch. I’ll be returning to them for any future windshield replacements that anybody in my family needs.

I needed a driver's side window regulator repaired. I did a Google search. I picked Colorado Auto Glass because it was family owned and operated. Whether I was dealing with Mike on the phone, or the glass tech, Boone, I was impressed. Both Boone and Mike were professional, personable and knowledgeable. Boone knew his stuff and Mike searched for a regulator so we wouldn't have to pay the dealers high retail price. Boone showed up on time and in a few minutes diagnosed the issue. New regulator needed. Mike got us one, well below the dealer cost. Next day, Boone, once again was on time and within about 30 minutes had the new regulator installed. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality and service that Colorado Auto Glass performed. Next time I have a glass issue, I will be calling Colorado Glass.

Called around 10 AM and was told via text he would call back soon. Called again about 2 hours later, no answer so I figured he was still busy - no worries. Called again at 4:30 becuase I wanted to connect before the end of the work day. He said via text to "give me a few I am fighting weather" never received a call back. I also used the "request a quote" feature online - no response. Called again this morning and no one answered and the answering machine said the voicemail box was full. I understand business gets busy, but telling someone to wait only to not call them back? Very disappointing since they are the highest rated in my area. UPDATE: Paul called me back after seeing my review and did provide a quote. It was over $100 more than a competitor so I did not end up moving forward with this company. But I will say once he finally reached out he was polite and professional. I would recommend hiring a phone answering service or reception staff to avoid issues like this in the past. I cannot speak to the quality of his work but I am adding 1 star for how he handled himself on the phone once we finally got in touch.

I do not recommend. I went through a 2+ month ordeal. Please save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere. They missed our first appointment, left with an unfinished windshield replacement then missed three additional appointments to fix the damage they caused. They chipped my paint left black adhesive all over my white truck and didn’t set the weather stripping correctly. After tons of empty promises and disrespect I will not be returning. My final experience with them was when I was promised a full vehicle detail when they replaced the windshield again after their botched job. I drove 40 minutes to them so they could detail it. 6 hours later after 5 ignored calls I showed up and picked up my truck. The paint was fixed but the job was still sub par. They apologized for not detailing it and promised to give me voucher to get it detailed at the location of my choice. My calls have since been ignored and they never held up their promise. (Edit- I can’t reply to your message for some reason so I’ll edit mine and add this message for the “owner” who replied to me. My review is from 2018 and it will not go down. It will follow your company for how horrible your service was, how much time and money you wasted of mine and for the utter disrespect your company showed me. This is unfortunately, the only way for people to hold horrible companies accountable. There are reviews on here dating back 9 years and I know this was the company I had the misfortune of doing business with so I don’t buy that Colorado Auto Glass has only been in business since 2021)

Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and no one is perfect. But was IS important, is how a company handles this. In my case, the camera system was damaged during the windshield install. Instead of pointing fingers or skirting blame, Colorado Auto Glass took responsibility, paid for the repairs at the deal, and even offered to pay for the ubers and/or a rental car. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, even if things didn't go according to plan - I would not hesitate to use CAG again because I am 100% sure now I can trust them to have my back!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I called BMW of Denver Downtown to get my windshield replaced and they transferred me to the glass specialist. I was a little skeptical at first when I found out this was a 3rd party not a BMW employee. Paul just asked for phone number and my name said he would call me back with a quote and would go over all options with me. He called me back about a hour later he knew exactly what I needed gave me a price which was a lot less then BMW used to do for me. Then he asked me who I had insurance with I told him State Farm he asked me if I had my insurance card handy I told him I did. He asked if I had dwi written on the front I said yes. He then informed me that I had full glass coverage and my glass was covered. These guys know the glass business inside out are very helpful. A installer named JT came out had his son helping him the two of them installed my windshield in less then a hour told me to wait a hour before I drive my car. The work was dealer quality work for less then a dealer would charge. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody that needs a windshield put in.
