Have used this company for 3-4 years now for my families vehicles. Today they were out at my home to replaced my 5th or 6th windshield I have purchased from them. Their windshield techs are punctual, polite and take time to answer any questions you may have. I had some surface rust on the frame of the windshield we have been keeping an eye on. The tech took extra time to treat the area, seal and apply a protective barrier before placing the new windshield, with no additional cost or up sale. I will continue to be a loyal customer, I have had nothing but great service and pricing over the years

Another 5 star review for these guys! I've had them do a few windshields and their prices are always great and they do top-notch work. My auto body guys recommended them too. My last project was a 1985 Toyota truck that they no longer make the window molding for. But these guys took it on and went above and beyond to make it look amazing and at a really fair price! They also do chip repair and all other auto glass (beyond windshields.) I will only go to these guys from now on and will recommend them to all I talk to as well.

My rear window was blow out from the recent hail storm. I first called and they set up a mobile fix. The guy showed up on Saturday and was professional and kind but the work order he had was for a windshield. So he did not have the right part that I needed. His manager then called and said they would order the correct part and i could go into the store monday morning or have a moblie come Wednesday. I said I would come in on Monday and she said it was first come first serve. So I showed up at 8:45 and dropped it off. By 12:30 I still had not heard from them. I called 5 times before I got to talk to someone. The man said that they haven't touched it yet and was waiting for the vendor. So they still didn't even have the part in. I had to go to work so I called another 6 times before being put on hold for 10 mins. By then I had made it to the store and walked in. I told them that when it was done that they needed to call my boyfriend so he could pick it up. My lunch time is 5:30 at that point I had a voice mail saying the car was ready. My boyfriend had never got a call. I called them and they didn't answer. I called again and asked why they did not call him. She said they most of not read the note. I told them he was on the way to get it and gave them my card info on the phone. NOW DURING ALL THIS NOT ONE PERSON I TALKED TO SAID SORRY ABOUT ANY OF THIS. It was the worst service I have ever got.

FINAL Update: Took advantage of the nice weather and decided to get some additional opinions regarding the attempt to correct earlier deficiencies. Took the motorhome to Safelite Auto Glass, Quickset Auto Glass, and to RV Glass Specialties. All three concurred that as it was left, it was still not correctly installed and could be problematic. Junior at RV Glass Specialties decided there was no time like the present to make it right. He and his assistant got out their tools, and within 30 minutes had both sides of the windshield properly located and resealed in place, all without any charge to me or my insurance. All I can say is that when it comes to RV Glass, these guys are the best, and really made my day! Premium Auto Glass maybe okay on auto windshields, but I will do all my RV business with RV Glass Specialties, and I can't more highly recommend them! As for Premium and RV Glass, my final rating is back to a 1 due to my initial bad experience and the lack of a proper installation even after a second try. UPDATE: Owner has contacted me, came to our house and has appeared to correct all deficiencies. I will not be able to verify proficiency of repairs until later this year when we go out traveling and camping on a regular basis. At this point, I will be changing my rating to 3 stars. Changed RH windshield Glass in our motor home, and dislodged LH windshield Glass in process, but claimed it was like that before they touched it. To believe that it was driven 14 miles at interstate speed to their shop without wind noise from a separated seal, but upon them working on it, it magically has a gap that you can stick your finger though, and now has obvious leak, is far fetched. Also, the RH Glass that was replaced was not properly re-seated, plus considerable mess was left all around Glass, which seems to be a common issue. Also owner failed to respond to a BBB complaint, I guess because they are above that. Pictures below show the lack of quality, and how they choose to leave your vehicle. Lastly, the day I picked it up was a day that it started freezing rain and snow. Of course, they chose not to do anything to stop the rain from coming in before I arrived to pick it up, and I had to drive home with the opening and water that came in through it.

We had two stars on our windshield. Told us there would be no charge to fix them. A young kid told us “it’s not a guarantee he can repair them”, so he took our vehicle and drove it in the garage, we waited in office. Not even 8 minutes later he handed the keys to office person and left, she gave us our keys back and said your done. OMG it looked the same, he didn’t do anything at all, what a waste of my time. I think there hoping I’ll come back for a new windshield since the stars were still there. I’ve had stars repaired before and it’s usually a 15 minute process. I am totally disgusted with the service here. No wonder star repair is free, they do nothing to fix them.

Do not go here!! Took my vehicle here to get a sunroof replaced, they replaced and tested. Sunroof was working just like when I brought it in, they said. However, they did such a lousy job of cleaning out all the old glass that it got in the track and broke the sunroof on the first test after picking it up. Took it right back (literally right back, not the next day or other) to show them and they refuse to fix! They even tried to put it on my insurance. Unethical business!
