The answering machine indicates calls will be returned the next business day, but this is simply not true. I’ve called multiple times and been on hold for over 30 minutes, and when calling during business hours (just after 5:00), I get the answering machine claiming the office is closed despite the hours stating 8 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. I’d like to support local business, but Dakotaland Autoglass makes doing so very difficult.

They are the best!! They can do 10 times more than any other glass shop in this area. I would recommend them to anyone. Be prepared to wait a bit, they are busy, and I can c why!! Very professional!!!

What a great overall experience with Dakotaland Auto Glass. Super friendly, quick with a quote AND getting the window i needed. My car was also finished sooner then expected. I highly recommend them. Thank you again! You all are absolutely AMAZING.

Your staff is EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING, AND THANKS FOR NOT BEING ROBOTS! I was waiting for a window switch to come in and was worried about the weather. I call places closer to my home first but was transfered by a automatic phone answering system and hung up on. THESE GUYS ANSWERED THE SECOND RING! THEY TOOK CARE OF ME. Dakotaland Autoglass knocked it out of the park for me. I had a semi throw a rock up on my windshield while visiting family near by on a Saturday afternoon. I called around and prices were insane ranging from $200+ for my windshield repair. One quick look at my car and the team took it within minutes and had me in and out the door for under $100.
