Had to replace drivers side window. I removed the broken one. Danny's allowed me to purchase the glass and install myself. Other businesses wouldn't let me buy "just the glass". I dealt exclusively with Rachel. BIG THANK YOU to Rachel!! Danny's had the best price for glass. Too bad they don't tint! Thank you again!

2018 - As I was on I-40, my back passenger window shattered while driving. I called my insurance company to file a claim, when I was disconnected. Instead of calling them right back, I decided to call the dealership (to where my window would be repaired) to ask them what information they needed for the claim. That's when my service advisor recommended Danny's Auto Glass to do the repair. I called Danny's to ask what information they would need from the insurance company and Cindy was most helpful and informative. After asking questions, I realized that paying for the window out-of-pocket would be cheaper than paying the deductible from my insurance claim! So I scheduled my appointment and they had the replacement window within 24 hours. I arrived for my appointment around 8:00am and walked out with a receipt and a new window by 9:00am. I am so impressed with their customer service, their pricing, their product, and their quickness to get me back on the road that I would recommend them to anyone. I hope that I would never need another window repair, but if I do, I am definitely return to Danny's! 2020 Update- sad day, maybe I jinxed myself. As a victim of a smash and grab one Thursday evening, I knew just what to do. I called and scheduled an appointment on Friday morning and had new driver's window by Saturday morning. Even during a pandemic, they followed proper Covid protocol and made the process so fast and easy. I so appreciate them and their hard work.

Bad business. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but you wasted my time—which is far more valuable than the money I was willing to spend. You gave me your word you’d make it right, yet still made it wrong. I’m taking my business elsewhere. It’s been over two weeks of waiting for a new front windshield, and you actually cracked my windshield even more when removing it. If you’re reading this, just go somewhere else and pay their price—don’t fall for lower prices.

Never will I ever use a company whose employees, or maybe even the owner, has so little respect for people on the road. It baffles me that a truck with the company name on it would drive recklessly enough to almost get in a wreck with me. It wasn’t a lack of attention, it was a “me first” attitude that makes me sick. If I’m ever asked to recommend an auto glass place, I will be sure to send them somewhere else.

I can only say great things about Cindy, Rachel and the technician (apologies don't remember the name) at Danny's Auto Glass! If I ever need a windshield repair or replaced, I will definitely use them again! They made the process so easy, stress-free and streamlined. Very friendly and accommodating. Came to Danny's after an absolute nightmare experience at Safelite in Little Rock (University Ave location). Safelite was horrendous and didn't install the right windshield so my rearview mirror fell off! Manager laughed off my rearview mirror falling. Attempted to speak to the other Safelite manager (called 9 times!) and never got a call back. After trying to get a windshield replaced for 7+ weeks (!!!!) by Safelite, a friend of mine recommended Danny's Auto Glass. Great recommendation! Cindy and Rachel - thank you so much for helping to resolve what was an absolute nightmare experience from Safelite. Cindy ordered the windshield I needed; came in next day and she got me in right away! The recalibration was done right and I got my car back the way I bought it (2022 model)! Wishing Cindy and her team all the best as they are good people, know their stuff and provide wonderful customer service!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this business. They caused damage to my vehicle in several spots by chipping the car paint all around the windshield frame. They took zero accountability for any of it and said that the damage was their prior to them or that the paint must have just “flaked off” on its own. Are you kidding me?? Now I’m stuck with having to take my vehicle to a repair shop and have it properly repaired so the areas don’t start to rust which is costing me $1100. I attached some pictures that show some of the damage. Please stay away from this business so you don’t end up in the same situation as me.
