Brent was fantastic! I first got a quote from the most recognized name and the price was outrageous. They could not come to my house and I had to go to the shop. I declined and started getting many emails every time with the bigger discount until it would have been $398 from $520 at first. It is irritating that they would charge so much when they were willing to charge a lot less but the 398 was not what they quoted because they were charging $30 to recycle the old glass and some other nonsense. I did a Google search and found Defender! I knew I was going to like it because of the name and it looks military oriented. Yet, what I like the most is that they texted back right away and gave me a price of $328, OUT THE DOOR, tax included, it was in itself much cheaper than the lowest the others offered. I loved the no-nonsense approach and the Very genuine communication because there were none other surprises. They came to my home the very next day and he was done in less than an hour. They even took the trouble to entertain me by splitting the charges between two forms of payment. Whoever is communicating by texting or emailing it's not the same person but will keep you updated and let you know an ETA.

They did thorough, detailed and unhurried work on our Mazda5 windshield. Excellent work. The Technician, Steven, also advised us on how long to wait before driving the vehicle, what to be careful with for the first few days, etc... Outstanding service. The appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to rain that didn’t happen. When the appointment took place I observed the tech working. Did not remove the cowl slid the windshield in place and there are about 4 different seams in the bead of urethane. I called immediately to speak with someone in repairs I was told everything was fine and that I can talk to the tech. The rep on the phone said that the manager she asked said he has been doing it for 26 years and it’s fine. I came out talked to the tech he was pissy and defensive because he thought I was going to have him replace it but I assured him that wasn’t the case. I explained how what he did is considered unsafe and generally not the preferred practice but since that’s what his company stands behind it would be pointless to have them replace it. Paid for the replacement wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I should have paid more for a professional replacement from a professional company. Edit: after posting my review for them stuffing a windshield I see this is an on going practice. Also clearly it wasn’t just a “photo op” since it is July 8, 2025 I just watched the tech do it. And furthermore the dismissal of bad practices as photo ops when that is the “quality” you guys maintain is just sad.

I found this business after receiving an overly expensive quote from Safelite last week. I’m a college student so I can’t always afford to pay expensive prices. Defender Auto Glass provided a way more affordable quote to replace my windshield so I made an appointment with them! The process was very smooth and they had my car ready to go in an hour! To be honest with you, I'm not very happy with my experience. The technician broke the cable for my radar detector and my rearview mirror was reinstalled crooked -- as well as being installed in a weird location on the windshield. Prior to the installation, the arm for the rearview mirror was mostly behind it which gave it a sleek seamless look, now the arm for the mirror is directly in my peripheral vision. The only good thing about Defender was their pricing compared to competitors, but you definitely get what you pay for. 7/31/24: Updating my review because they refuse to replace the wire. They claim it was from "normal wear and tear" Even though it literally worked the day prior to them replacing the glass. If you have a company that can't own up to <$20 mistake they made, then they can't be trusted to do business within the future.

I chose Defender Auto Glass for the price initially. The price was right and I'm glad I chose them. I was told my time frame was 12 pm to 2 pm, but I got a text from Stephen and he told me he would at my house within the next 15 minutes. He was very quick and professional and did a great job.
