The price is great if they actually show up. Hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. 2 appointments in one week and nobody showed up or called. The first appointment was for last Monday and they never called to say they weren't coming. The next day I called them and he promised he would come by on Saturday. I even offered to bring my car to them to expedite the process. Saturday came and nobody showed. Even after I called to confirm and practically begged for their service rather than wait for another company. The guy on the phone said they're really busy but would definitely come. 3 days later and still no call with an apology. I still have no window and have an appointment with a different company tomorrow. This was my experience with discount auto glass. If I were you I would avoid the headache and pay the extra money for someone that will show up.

If you need your windshield replaced call these guys! I live up in the mountains & so for me my options close to home are extremely limited. I called a couple places for quotes but Ted w Discount Auto Glass was very pleasant with a very competitive quote & stood out from the rest, so I decided to go w Discount Auto. The morning of my appointment I drove down the mountain to Denver and had the location in my maps and I'm glad I did and that's something I would recommend if you go with these guys. These guys are not a big box store So you do not see them from Wadsworth at all. I think that's obviously why they are so competitive with their prices. I called when I arrived and they were there waiting for me, Dillon was there to greet me and was extremely nice and friendly with advice for where to go while they were servicing the vehicle. They had it done so fast I was honestly shocked. I would go back to these guys a hundred times over again and recommend them to my grandmother! Thanks again guys!

Read the fine print on their lifetime guarantee for windshields! They didn't bother to tell me it was $65 extra to do this, or more importantly, that you must pay this within 30 days of installation! I went back 40 days after install only to be told that I don't qualify! I had to then pay $64.51 to fix with no additional benefit! I actually bought this windshield from these guys back in 2011, and I have the paperwork to prove it. The windshield is in pretty bad shape and it just so happens that I am in the market for a new windshield (actually, I need 2 windshields!). This poor experience still makes my blood boil, so I will be sure to avoid this company, and I feel that you should as well!

My experience with this company could not have been worse. I had planned on writing this review a year ago when this all happened but I am warning all who may be considering this company to probably go somewhere else. I contacted them to replace a rear windshield and they were going to arrive at my work and fix it. When they arrived they didn't have all the parts to place my windshield in so instead of stopping there to get the proper weather striping they decided to give it a "liquid seal" as they called it. Basically they used black caulk to seal the entire window into place. It looked terrible, wasn't smoothed out to even look like it could be legit, and they had smeared bits on my window and car! I called them immediately to tell them this wasn't exceptable and that I wanted the window put in properly. They told me that I would have to pay for them to come fix the work at first and that they were "booked" for a few days. Then for the following week wouldn't answer my calls so I had to start calling them using my friend's phone so they would answer. I showed up to their office which is hidden upstairs next to a tattoo parlor and told them if they didn't fix the window or refund my money I would just cancel the credit card payment. Finally I was getting somewhere. I made an appointment with them to remove all the caulk and put a proper seal in. The day of the appointment I showed up to the office and waited for two hours because they were late. As I was waiting another lady came up to the office, I warned her about them, but it was too late she was in a similar situation because they weren't returning her calls! In the end I got my window fixed. I stood and watched the whole process. I don't want to be calling names here but these two are goons and borderline crooks.

These guys were very fast, friendly, and affordable. I recommend Discount Auto Glass to anyone who needs their windshield fixed. I had a large piece of wood smash my windshield on a Wednesday morning. I immediately filed a claim through my insurance and by Wednesday afternoon the guys at Discount Auto Glass had already contacted me to set an appointment to get it replaced. They came out to my office all the way across town the next afternoon around 4:30 and replaced the windshield in about 20 minutes. 10/10.

I got my back windshield replaced here on August 28, 2023 This morning (January 11, 2024) I woke up and the entire rear windshield was shattered again. I had another company (safelite) come out to fix it, and they informed me that 2 plastic clips, 5 metals clips, 2 10mm nut bolts, and 2 plastic push pins were missing from the install and the glass had not been properly glued and sealed when replaced at Discount Auto Glass. They stated that it was incredibly unsafe to be driving with it how it was, and it is shocking how much was done incorrectly. When I called Discount Auto Glass, they said that the glass is no longer under warranty, and they do not have my original invoice anymore (I only have the Square payment receipt) so they will not process a refund. They said it was my responsibly to provide them with the invoice and name of the installation technician. Then, I was hung up on. This business put me in danger, won’t take responsibility for their own mistakes, and clearly does not keep up with invoices. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s only $50 more to use other companies and you will not be put at risk if you use them.
