Got a good price when i called in ... Went to get window fixed.. the workers were nice but the owner raised price saying, he had to order the right window when i was told he already had it ..Which is why i went.. then said , its not the year i think it is.. which is a lie.. then said the window i need is $400 but he'll actually just give me a good deal which was a scam actually.. so he told me in order for him to order part he needs a deposit and when i said I'll come back another day he wasnt happy bout it . Didnt say bye .. was very rude.. whole time he acted like he could play me stupid talking bout things bout window but i seen right thru him and am not ever going to this place . Don't get tricked out of more money or scammed! Dont go here.. the people that put good reviews have no idea they got scammed.. trust me they have better services else where . Shop around save ur money on a shop thats honest n reasonable this one aint it!!!

I needed a drivers window replaced on my armada they had the best price so i drop it off and its there for about 30 minutes and they call me to inform me that when my window was broke it also broke my regulater (which i immediately knew was false) so i told them ok just fix the window ill take care of the regulator then he calls back 6 minutes later saying oʻoh apon further inspection the regulator is fine but my rails are bent and hell replace them for 20 more. I just agreed. Well i go pick up my truck and the window itself is in horrible condition i mean ive taken blades, scrapers, and cleaners to get out the baked in water spots, then also they stripped out every bolt that held my door panel on and also broke both pieces that the cables go into to lock door and open door, and just didnt mention anything. Horrible service, horrible work.

The quoted price for my car windshield replacement was $847.00. The representative informed me that if I could wait until next week, the cost would be reduced to $750.00. However, if I needed the service the following day, the original price of $847.00 would apply. I confirmed that I needed the service the next day and agreed to pay the quoted price. When I called the following day to inquire about the status of my windshield, there was no response to my calls. After 29 hours, I finally received a return call, only to be given a new quote of $1,000.00. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of commitment to honoring their initial commitment.

Lies and does not back his work we went back after we looked at our windshield repair he put masking tape around the edges of the windshield so that it would hide the errors of the gaps in the windshield that he left there along with a massive amount of adhesive around the edges of the window and the sides of the frame when we went back to try to get him to either fix it or get the money back he started getting aggressive and saying that we tampered with the work that he had done or that somebody else that we had do a second look at it had messed with it and that we should take it back to him to fix it because he wasn't going to fix the problem there are gaps in the windshield and the frame where there should not be any gaps it just shows what kind of workmanship he really has this is a joke that he charges $140 to replace your windshield and then doesn't even honor his work and his mistakes. If anyone else has had this problem share to the others know!!!!!

Think twice before heading here, ask about their warranty and have it in writing because they do not honor their word. Had a front windshield replaced here and leaving this place I can hear a whistle sound coming from the bottom as if the windshield was not properly sealed. Just got this replaced for $360, I thought I’ll wait to see if maybe it just needs to dry as my car was parked I watched it crack exactly from the spot I heard air coming in from. This is only not even 2 weeks later and my windshield is shattered. I immediately took it back to the shop and the owner looked at the glass and using a tool in his hand was tapping on the windshield adding to the shatter I asked him to stop that he’s adding damage and then began to say that’s a rock damage not from wrong installation. I disputed with him that’s due to wrong installation. He was not going to honor the warranty. I really dislike people who take advantage of customers. It’s really disappointing that there is bad business owners who take advantage of people like this. I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Very disappointing

My daughter's car was vandalized last night, and it looked as if a bb was shot at her window. It was on the verge of shattering when she saw it this morning. I messaged and called a few places before finding this place on Yelp, and I'm so thankful I did! I called, around 2 pm, and the man who answered said to come right in before 3 pm. My daughter drove her car there, and since I was at work, she was adulting all by her self! She said the workers were so nice to her and a fellow customer, and one of the employees bought her bottled water. They managed to get the window for her car and charged her less than $200. I went straight there after work to check on her, and they were finished, so they finished her window in about an hour and a half. I appreciate how they took care of my daughter and her window. My daughter works part-time, attends SJVC twice a week (full days), and interns at Mercy SW (8 hours) every Saturday and Sunday (which she had to miss today because of this inconvenience), so to get this taken care of with ease, I am so grateful, thank you!
