**BUYER BEWARE** This place was so unprofessional I don't understand how they are still in business and I wouldn't be surprised if any positive review given to them was fake. They have no clue what good customer service is and they're location on 14th street is totally fake/ empty. Shady SUPER shady if you ask me.**BUYER BEWARE**

I just had my car windshield replaced on a Honda C-RV 2018 and a chip repair for an Infiniti QX-60 2016. The service was great and the cost was very reasonable as this company works very hard to find the lowest price for you without compromising the quality of the glass. The people who work for this company are willing to go the extra mile as they are not only very knowledgeable but they take their time to ensure that everything is done correctly. They not only know how to replace basic windshields but they can also repair or replace windshields with sensors such as automatic cruise control and lane-keep assist without you having to pay more to re-calibrate the sensors.

They came to fix my window and took off window tried to put the replacement window on but it was the wrong size, they were supposed to find the right size and had took my chrome trimming for when they had found it also they said for me to look around and I did and found someone that is supposed to put on the window but these people I believe didn't even try to find a replacement window and I still want my chrome trimming for my window. I give you 5 stars after I retrieve my chrome and I'll update this.

I left a message. I was instructed to make an appointment on their website. I did. They came. They made the repair on two chips. I'm sure the chips are stopped from turning to cracks. However, I had hoped the chips would just about disappear. But, they didn't. I could have expected too much.

This is the absolute best and easiest way to get your broken windows changed. We called several places and had two appointments with different companies that said they could fix or window with absolutely no luck. We called Dove on a Saturday, they came to our house on a Monday and it was fixed within an hour. The technician, D. Ramirez, was very nice, friendly, and professional. Great customer service. I had a break-in last night. So I called them and got a quote. They scheduled a 9am to 2pm window. They came over the this morning at 9 and replaced the door glass quickly and made sure it worked. I would recommend Dove auto if you're in the sac areaServicesAuto side window replacement
