Very friendly and great service. I've only had my used van for about 3 months and when it started to pour rain, we notice our windshield was leaking. We went through different options from dealership first, then insurance, then to a car shop saying they would do it and then didn't. So i just drove around, just looking for an option and was recommended el chamo. I waited till they opened and I asked if it was possible to do a car leak inspection and fix it. I got it the next morning. Affordable, friendly, and fast! Recommend 100% Will definitely come again.

El Chamo is the best in town! I had a cracked windshield on my ford explorer and Chamo was super fast to respond when I called in with questions. Very flexible with scheduling and the windshield came out looking great, also re-did my tints on new windshield and looks great. A few weeks later my girlfriends windshield also cracked and I took it to Chamo for replacement and once again we were extremely happy with end results! I had a great experience. My car was vandalized and even though nothing was stolen, the left me with an expense i didn't need. i have tinted windows and wanted to have both services; i was not sure if safelite would. Checked "auto window replacement near me" and found this place with above 4 stars. My safelite appointment was not until Tuesday and i need it to get my window fixed. Went there as soon as they opened at 9am Monday, luckily they had my window in stock and 1hr later i had my tinted driver window replaced for about $100 less than quoted by Safelite. I have no hesitation on referring then, clean and speedy service!

Very respectable! Last minute call and they took care of me! 2017 peterbilt 389 is a tough windshield to install. Had someone else come out they damaged the window rubber gave up and left. He came out the glass broke in his hands. Instead of giving up like the other guy he went out of pocket got another glass came back and installed it towards the evening. Did a good job no bad mouthing like other places. Very professional and good customer service! That goes far! Highly recommend and will refer to others!

I got my windshield replaced yesterday by El Chamo Auto Glass. After being let down by Tropical Ford and Sun State Glass I did a quick search and found El Chamo Auto Glass was in the area. I gave them a call and spoke with Rosie. The entire time she went above and beyond my expectations! I had dropped my car off at Tropical Ford before work that morning. Rosie knew I wasn’t going to be able to bring my vehicle to them. She helped me out a ton by going to get my vehicle and driving it to El Chamo Auto Glass. Definitely not your typical service from a business. Payment was super easy! I was able to pay over the phone and I ultimately elected to use the Zelle option. This compared to Tropical Ford who doesn’t take any payments other than in person. I am extremely happy with the service provided! I never write reviews but I have to. Please do not take your cars here it is such a waste of time and energy. I was on the road driving down towards Orlando when my sunroof exploded on the highway. I called this spot hoping to get it fixed as I was not staying in the area too long and needed it fixed to travel back home. Based on the reviews, I thought I was in good hands. The owner kept lying to my partner about the glass that needed to be replaced saying that he will order it asap and contact us when its in. When we called to find out if he had it, he mixed up my car with another and hung up. When we called back, he said oh yea everything is cool its on the way. When the day came for the glass to be replaced, we waited 6 hours. The first glass came in damaged. They also pulled back the sunroof shade which messed it all up because of all the glass that was still in the car. They claimed they tried their best to vacuum the glass which was a complete lie. You can still hear the glass rumbling back and forth. When I got back home and had someone trustworthy to take a look, they were baffled by the horrible job that was done. They removed all the glass and fixed the glass as well that was placed in this shop while we were down in Orlando. After the glass came damaged, the owner called telling us while we were waiting at the shop. He was so unprofessional he didn't show his face the whole time. He placed in another order for a new glass which took 2 hours to come in. We had already placed a $200 deposit on this and paid $400 dollars on top of that for the glass and horrible job they did for nothing. Was the glass replaced yes. Did we wait 6 hours and missed important events yes. Did he care to apologize no. This place just wants your money. The photo attached is showing the glass all cracked and covering it was the sunroof shade that they completely ruined trying to pull it back knowing that there was glass everywhere. Now I have to replace that whole area. Thank you El Chamo never again.
