I called and spoke with Carlos within ten minutes before they closed on Monday. I explained what I needed. He quoted me a couple of options, and told me which he recommended. He told me he would order it Tuesday morning, and would be able to install it on Wednesday between 8-10 am . By 9 am he was at my home, and verified where the glass was leaking. He even showed my wife where it was leaking. I hope I never need to have glass installed in another of my vehicles, but if I do I will definitely be calling Empire Auto Glass.

No show, twice called Carlos, doesnt confirm.. finally I was able to set up an appointment. I asked if I should go to his shop and he said no he would come to my house, we set an appointment for 8:am and I texted my address. He said "great I've scheduled you 8:00am sharp see you next week". I called the day before to confirm if he was still coming and I never got a call back.. I called the day of the appointment and he didnt have a clue who I was.. then he proceeds to tell me that he schedules on a block time (not what he said) and hung up on me... I guess fixing a chip on a windshield is not worth it.. cant wait to see what excuse he writes...

It’s very unfortunate that I have to leave this review because they started out great. It went so well at first that I even created a whole TikTok video showcasing Carlos’s work. Long story short, I hired Carlos to replace my windshield and my passenger window. He replaced the windshield, but several days later, as I was driving, the strip came off because it hadn’t been properly glued down. I contacted him, and he came back to fix the problem immediately. However, when it came time to replace the passenger window, he said the window motor needed to be replaced, which was causing an issue with the window winding up after he installed it. He put a stopper on the window and asked me to order the part, promising he would come back to finish the job. I ordered the part, but it has now been several months. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time he said he would come and finish the job, but he never showed up. It’s been months now, and I’ve been riding around with a stopper in my window.

These guys are amazing. They showed up the next day after my son’s back window shattered. I highly recommend them to anybody. I am from out of town and I had my windshield chip on my drive down to Jensen Beach. I called around and got quotes from many other businesses and they all quoted me at least 20-50$ more than Empire did. They also said it would be completed in a few days from today. Carlos showed up the same day and completed the repair. He was very professional and personable. If you are looking for someone to fix your glass, Carlos deserves your business!
