Brandon from ultimate auto glass provided outstanding service. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and communicated everything I needed to know regarding my windshield replacement and the associated recalibration. He patiently spent time showing and explaining to me the error codes that he found on my brand new car when he hooked it up for the pre-diagnostic so I could bring it back to the dealer with the knowledge I needed to get them to fix the issues. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Ultimate auto glass for any type of glass repair! Wonderful service!

Customer service was quick and friendly, called Friday and Monday service tech Brandon came down to fix it. He was nice, friendly, clean and professional, called to set up time frame, on time and before installation he explained all the steps to follow and did them on my back windshield replacement. We are so happy with our experience with Brandon & his helper who installed a windshield in our Highlander. If needed we would definitely take our vehicle back to Ultimate Glass. Brandon came to my house to repair my windshield. Had to adjust the appointment time a couple of times and he was very accommodating about it. Once he arrived, he was very courteous and professional. Even while answering a bunch of questions from me. Very pleased with both his customer skills and the work he performed!

I could spend a day listing the amazing things he did but I will stick with the following: he made sure the job was done right, the price was very reasonable, and he took the time to make sure the small details were taken care of before he left.

Brandon, came out and discovered a crack on the windshield- passenger side top corner. The cracked was side to side and unrepairable. He did a great job, honest, fair and professional. I will call him again when I am ready to replace the windshield. Strongly recommended this company. Orlando Rivera
