I had a windshield replaced by this company. My technician was Ron, he did a good job replacing the windshield. I would recommend this company as my whole experience was so little stress and quite seemless. The whole process of getting the appointment to the repair was easy. I didn't need to be present for the repair which was lovely(so no missing work) and for my 09 Chevy hhr for this business to come to me and replace my windshield was about 300$. Outstanding company and employees. Called for a quote, mentioned that another company had a cheaper price. The gentleman on the phone, who was super great, offered me a deal that I couldn’t pass up! They came right to my home to do the replacement which was incredibly convenient. I received a text a half hour before they arrived to let me know they would be there within 30 minutes and they arrived right on time! Andrew was the technician who did the replacement and he was a genuinely great guy. His work was unparalleled and he exceptionally patient. My partner from Tennessee talked his ear off the whole time he worked and Andrew entertained it! Lol. I left my lake pass on the broken windshield he hauled away, I called him and told him and I’m not kidding… he peeled it off and brought it back to my house after he finished his next job!! It was awesome and sincerely appreciated. The company should be proud to have an employee like Andrew. I would hands down recommend GP Autoglass to anyone who’s looking for windshield service. So glad I chose them!

The installer was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He used my VIN to ensure he was installing the correct model of replacement glass. He had all the right tools for the job. He completed the work in a timely manner, including recalibrating the lane departure camera. I didn't even have to file the claim with insurance, he connected us on a 3-way phone call and in minutes the claim was processed. I would recommend GP to anyone who needs auto glass repaired or replaced. Update, 4/27/2023: It's been a few weeks now, my new windshield has been through rain, sleet, snow, frost, heat, and a few long road trips. No leaks, no cracks, no creaks, no problems at all. And my wipers work better now too. There was a shallow dip in the old glass that never got clean. I hope I never see you again, but if I ever need glass work, I'm coming straight to you. I had my front passenger window replaced after someone bashed it in, while parked on the street. GP AUTO GLASS did a great job cleaning out the glass and repairing the window and replacing the trim that was broken. Friendly and confident about their work. Went above and beyond contacting my insurance after we found the trim was damaged as well. He doubled checked with the dealer to make sure he had the exact same window and parts. Kept contact with me about progress right until the end. Reasonably priced.

A pebble on fwy cracked my windshield and I needed a windshield replacement. In my mind it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack.. The first and only entity I called was GP I was very reluctant because being a black female I've been taken advantage of many times re car repairs my experience SUCKED in the past. I talked with a very nice and knowledgeable person by the name of Ron... He sold me on his great customer service over the phone.. I had not reviewed the reviews until later. I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson in and was so happy with the awesome results.
