The customer service surpassed my expectations, from the first phone call I made to them to when the technician just left from replacing my windshield. The other three auto shield repair places I called were all more expensive (by $100 plus) and could not get to my repair anywhere from three to eight days from now. Godfathers came to me the next day and was right on time. The individual that provided me the quote and the technician who made the repair answered every question that I had. I highly recommend them!!

He showed up on time and stayed in communication with me from the time I set up the appointment to the time he left when the job was done. Nice & professional, I would recommend him to everybody. These guys are cheaper than safelite and they don’t need to be. They don’t up-charge for coming out, they don’t change prices between quote and work. What they say on the phone is what you will pay. I was worried the glass wouldn’t be OEM standard, I was wrong. The glass is exactly the look of the original. Totally satisfied with James’s work.

James did a excellent job. He called the day before to confirm my appointment. He showed up on time, he was polite, easy to talk to and he was in and out within an hour. Aside from the excellent customer service before and after my installation, the installation itself was perfect. I wish I knew about James last year when my wife's car needed a new windshield after a rock hit it. Those other guys had to come out a second time and replace her windshield they had just installed because they made a mistake. Save yourself time, effort and money and hire Godfathers Autoglass. Oh yeah, the price was cheaper than everyone else I called too.

I scheduled a windshield replacement on two of my three vehicles for 10AM this morning and was very pleased when James showed up on time and ready to roll on replacing both windshields. In a very short time, both of my vehicles had brand new glass installed and looking great! The price for the replacements was extremely reasonable and I could not be happier about the work that was done. You won't go wrong getting James to replace your windshield. I've used Godfathers before to replace 2 windsheilds and repair a leak on the back glass. I was very pleased with the friendly and quality service at a reasonable price. So when my local auto shop told me my leak was coming from my windshield (on a different vehicle than they repaired before), I called Godfathers out for a repair. The technician told me that he'd be glad to pull the windshield, but that wasn't the problem. He then showed me where he believed the water to be coming from and why (3rd brake light) and fixed it for no charge. I'd have gladly paid, but now they'll for sure get a call again next time if I have any more auto glass issues. I highly recommend them!ServicesService not listed
