Jay was very professional and friendly awesome customer service !! His prices were definitely affordable .he arrived early and I was able to switch my destination last minute , it may have been an inconvenience for him but you would have never been able to tell his attitude and service was still excellent!! I called Prime Tyme to replace a certain 440 BMW glass. The windshield was difficult to find as I contacted several windshield locations. Prime Tyme searched for the glass, ordered it, and came to my location to install iI. The process was convenient and hassle free and the service was professional and timely. Long story short, safelight wanted to charge way too much, but then I stumbled across primetyme auto glass and spoke to a man named J. He was polite and friendly. I set an appointment for Friday, it was Monday.I received a follow up call(confirmation call) Thursday around noon l, Friday came. I got off work earlier than usual so I decided to call J and see if I could change my scheduled appointment from 3pm to ASAP. Without any inconvenience charge or delay. Mr J arrived at my home no later than the spoken time. Great conversation about his profession and experience while doing his work in less than an hour and a half. Once finished. I paid him, he gladly thanked me for my business and I became a happy customer who will return. Again thanks for coming through in the clutch. End of story
