Great Price Auto Glass

My wife took a car in for a rear-window replacement after it was bashed in in downtown Reno. She says the staff was very professional and experienced, and nice. They were on time with the appointment, and they fixed the window in only an hour and a half. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and there was even a $30 coupon on their website for first-time customers. When she was getting estimates for $400-plus everywhere else, Great Price did the job for $220 (with the discount). Best deal in Northern Nevada. We highly recommend Great Price Auto Glass for any kind of glass issue.

Brought my car in on a Friday and came in at 9am. Half hour in I was advised the new glass they had had a chip and I needed to come back later, this should have been my first clue how bad this is. I ran other errands and came back and thought ok it will be ready in an hour and a half like the girl said, it was done in under an hour I was advised an email receipt would be sent to me. Never got the email, fast forward to the next day, I take the tape down and notice that the sealing and windshield is way off! Could not get a hold of them till Monday and called first thing. I spoke to manager Ronnie who said bring it in, I send my dad with my car in since I am working and while he was there he was advised they do not get the actual oem glass for the car and that the glass they get is a general fit and as long as it doesn't leak it's fine. $163 for this replacement I knew it should have been to good to be true. My dad is a mechanic and even advised it's not safe for a windshield to not fit properly! So now I'm out to go get it replaced somewhere else. Buyer beware do not trust!NegativeQuality

I was shopping around for a replacement windshield on a Honda suv and had several price quotes. Finally I talked to a very nice gentleman (Ron) at Great Price Auto Glass and his over the phone quote was was substantially lower than the well known shops I had contacted. I booked an appointment and drove my car over. I was warmly greeted by a young lady(Alyissa) and she took me right in. They had my car finished in about 90 minutes, how awesome is that? The young man who did the install was very personable, friendly and professional. My all around experience was perfect and I would recommend them any day. My company work truck was broken into last Saturday and the only place that returned my call or accepted this job was Great Price Auto Glass. They were able to get me in on Monday during the Holiday. The technician, Ron, was a true professional. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up the work area before we left. Fixing an old truck with a busted roll-up window wasn't an easy task, but Ron had the skill, patience, and drive to get it done right. He was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks to Ron, we were able to resume our projects on time and avoid any disruptions to our business. I highly recommend Great Price Auto Glass and Ron for any auto glass needs.

Someone recommended me this place so I tried it. The staff and the owner were all so kind. In my opinion, if a place you go to has bad service and they do a good job its not worth going to. But Low Price Auto Glass has it all, friendly staff, reasonable price, and job done so well, what more could I ask for? I went in to get my windshield replaced, they had it in stock and it took as long as he told me it would take which is perfect because I know some places lie about the wait time. I was so scared it would not come out nice but once I saw it I was relieved. Amazing job and well done, I cant say perfect because no one is perfect but I would say it was fairly close. Good service is important to me and it should be to you too and this place did a phenomenal job. I appreciate everything Low Price Auto Glass!

BEST GLASS SHOP I’VE EVER USED I had my trucks windshield smashed by a large chunk of snow/ice falling from a building in Reno on New Years. My insurance couldn’t get me in until the 13th with their preferred contractor, I called every local glass shop, andGreat Price Auto Glass got me in right away. They got on a 3 way call helping make getting the claim assigned to them go smooth. They also didn’t let the insurance company try to cheat me with the cheap windshield that fit but wasn’t right, making sure everything was as factory. Today in the rain there was a small leak with the gasket seal. They give a 1 year workmanship warranty, and actually are on top of it. I called, and the owner got me in right away in between jobs. The receptionist makes you feel welcome and is a very nice person. If I’m in need of more glass work, they have my business always. It’s refreshing to have a glass shop that’s honest, quick, and fair, like the old days.
