Safelite AutoGlass

Quote was $360 out-of-pocket but they instead use the $500 deductible from insurance. Obviously if insurance is going to be more expensive then I'll just pay the out-of-pocket cost. I attempted to call to get them to change before my appointment but never spoke to an actual human because I was on hold listening to their "all agents are currently assisting other customers" message for 20 minutes. My guess is "all agents are playing on their phone and ignoring the incoming calls". I cancelled the appointment and will be going with a locally owned shop.

Came to fix a 1/4 inch crack in my windshield, left me with a 6 inch crack in the windshield. Now I needed a new windshield. Replaced my windshield and left me with 3 chips on my hood. I will never use them again, A POS company, at least this location

This visit required an entire new windshield. I have used Safelite in the past for a window plug and they did great work and had great customer service. This process was so easy, fast and quality workmanship. You can’t find that everywhere.

The process was very simple and convenient. I purchased the more expensive package which includes treatment of the glass, however it seems highly unlikely that this was actually applied as it rained 3 days later and there was not a hint of water beading. I have applied RainX treatment to my previous windshield and it did a good job. So when I pay a LOT more for an assumed professional application of a hydrophobic treatment, I would think it would work even better. I messaged the company about this but have not heard back yet. Disappointing.

I meet with David and he worked with me explaining what I needed to do. Justyn did an outstanding job replacing the windshield. Im impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism and expertise. They even had to recalibrate my front camera. Extremely positive outcome.
