Hampton Auto Glass provided impeccable customer service! I was really taken back on every step from the first phone call until I was driving away with my beautiful new windshield and new Bosch windshield wipers they also offered as another service. Giving me a $10 off coupon and free installation! Every person in the family business was professional, informative and communicative. I had interactions with the manager, receptionist and 2 technicians. The first windshield they ordered for my truck, once delivered they noticed it had a scratch on it. They re-ordered a second and called me to let me know the installation was going to take longer, (just by a few more hours). No big deal. They kept me updated throughout the whole procedure. I haven’t experienced customers service like Hampton Auto Glass provided in a long, long time. I am recommending them to EVERYONE. I already recommended them to a young man working at the Oil Stop in Salmon Creek. He was excited to hear my price for windshield was extremely reasonable. Seriously. I wouldn’t go with ANY other Auto glass company. Standing applause to the whole team at Hampton Auto Glass!

I went to Hampton to get my windshield replaced on my 2001 Jaguar, from the start there were issues to the point where I had to go back three times, and also they screwed up the billing and called me a month later saying I owed them money because they build the wrong amount. The standout issue was when I went to pick up my car after dropping it off twice before, my rearview mirror was like a bobblehead very loose. So they obviously have no quality checks after they do their work. And then again a month later they call me to collect another $200. I won't be using them again.

GERMAN CAR OWNERS BEWARE. Took my car in told them over and over glass had to be blue. Bought 2 pieces of glass reluctantly showed me. One checked out so I didn't check the other. Put missed matched glass on my car. Would of happily paid extra for the right thing. Really disappointing after making in very very clear that I wanted blue glass. My wiper comes out as an assembly for some reason they dug under the wiper housing and demolished a $100 seal that keeps the rain off the motor under it. Left all the pine needles and garbage from the job under my engine bay when they gave it back to me. I'm out $370, and a weekend of pulling the cowl back off to resale it. Called them back to get it fixed not asking for any money back. Quoted me at $800 to get matching glass, and proceeded to tell me to get it tinted. You can't match it even with tint, and they know it. I guarantee they would never have miss match glass on their car. Maybe its not the nicest newest benz, but its a car I cherish and I'm fixing up. Very stressful situation. Pay the extra money. Don't let touch your car. $270 job turned into $1170 real quick. Camas washington location. Totally Rookie stuff. Tech is a joke.

I had a complete front windshield replaced in my 2010 XC60 Volvo. I have to say it looks so good, actually better than before! They helped me on the phone with a 3 way call to my insurance company and made the arrangements in about 5 minutes! They are friendly, knowledgeable , answered all questions & streamlined the process for me. Fast too! Did I mentioned done in under 4 hrs! Lifetime warranty on my replacement. I Will be back for Headlight restoration, wipers soon! The Workmanship & Custoner Service is the Best. They earned my Review!

I went here today to have a rock chip in my windshield repaired, and they did an awesome job! Not only was I able to come in right away, but I could barely even see where the repair was done. 👍🏼 It is rare to find such friendly customer service nowadays, so I wanted to make sure I mentioned that as well in this review. This is a family-owned auto glass shop that truly treats you like family! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! You made a loyal customer out of me, and I will also refer others gladly knowing they will receive the same awesome service! 🙏🏼

We've used Hampton for our Corvette, Lincoln Navigator XLT, and Range Rover. They always take care of vehicles. We usually drop them off the night before and they always lock them safely in their bays. We have never had to worry about vandalism. They have always kept us abreast of any unforeseen issues. We only replace with OEM glass; it costs a little more but they still give us all the discounts possible. Their front staff has always been kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the particular glass that we need and how to procure it. As well as they talked directly with our insurance company when they (the insurance co.) were dragging their feet. We're only giving 4 stars because of their location. It is on an extremely busy double-yellow line road. So legally, one should only turn right into and out of their driveway. But like most folks, we have chanced it and turned across those yellow lines to turn left, scary 😨. Other than that, we highly recommend them.
