Recently, I broke the rear window of my company truck and needed a quick repair. After several top auto glass companies were unable to to repair the window same day, I called High Vision. Unparalleled experience! Carl was communicative about the process and scheduling the appointment was seamless. I cannot recommend him enough. Additionally, having an external dashboard camera can be problematic for some lesser experienced glass repair technicians…not Carl. He’s such a professional, that he even helped reroute some of the wires to more conducive and streamlined areas that are harder for us lesser (and fat handed) folks to reach. Hello, First time using High Vision Auto Glass for a windshield replacement on my Tesla model 3 and WOW what a great experience. Carl has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even showed up early for preparation of install. Within 1 hour he was in and out completely finished, not to mention being Tesla calibration certified which is extremely rare and difficult to find.
