During my recent experience with Align/Christina, I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service and professionalism. Christina demonstrated patience and efficiency in replacing my automobile windshield, ensuring that the process was completed within two business days. The reimbursement was processed promptly, with the funds credited to my account within four business days. The entire transaction was conducted flawlessly, exceeding my expectations. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to collaborate with Align/Christina again in the future.

Been working with this company for 3+ yrs wouldn’t go to anyone else! So hassle free NO DOWNLOADING apps to take pics. When an auto glass company lead me to think they still worked with this company they had me download an app which wouldn’t stop crashing and go through this annoying and inconvenient process just to find out they couldn’t even get us on the schedule and do the job! All that hassle for nothing!! I reconnect with Christina and had everything set up easy peasy same day and they are mobile so they came to me just a two days later the work was done and it was immaculate!! The worker did a wonderful job. I will never go to anybody else. The cash incentive is nice but this company is so good that even without the cash incentive I would pick them over any other company!!! Fantastic. Jeff is personable and a great installer. He sent voicemails and texts as to his anticipated arrival time and when he needed to extend it out about 15 minutes, he also let me know ahead of time. He did a fantastic job installing the glass as well as reprogramming my car. My son recommended you guys and told me I would not be disappointed. Well, I was NOT disappointed, not from contacting the company and talking to Christina to find out about scheduling times and information needed for the insurance company to calling back and scheduling and getting insurance approval with Stephanie. Then Jeff came out to install the new glass. He did a great job. Everyone in this company is top notch and I will be recommending friends to you. You all are great!

This is a fantastic auto glass company! From Steph taking my phone call, answering all my questions, and walking me through the insurance process to Jeff installing my windshield the very next day was amazing! The communication with this company is remarkable. Installer Jeff let me know right away I was his last stop of the day and communicated his timeline several times throughout the day. My husband and Jeff became instant besties as he watched him replace my windshield. Definitely 5 Google Stars from start to finish! Thank you!

I saw a sign by the side of the road, so I was a little skeptical, so I called and got their website. Turns out a legit company with lots of positive reviews. I booked a windshield replacement and everything went really well. Jeff the installer was great and really knew his stuff. Install was flawless, along with recalibration on my camera (Honda). Install was mobile and came to my work which was nice. Invoice was sent to my phone and payment was easy. I saved some money vs going with my insurance preferred provider. I am dreading the first chip I get in the new glass... but this is Phoenix and that's our environment here.

They are Good nah they are Great!! They are your voice and will fight for you!!My insurance company did not want to replace they wanted to repair. They took some additional pictures and sent it Geico and finally it was insured for full replacement.. Not only that, but there was a part that locked in my glass and that was missing and they got that replaced as well. I could have gotten more money, but never and I mean NEVER could I have gotten better customer service !! Call them, like call them NOW!!! This is your company!!
