The windshield of our 2018 Corvette ate a rock on the freeway, quickly developing a footlong crack. Time for a replacement. I reflexively called American Warrior Auto Glass because they did a great job fixing a chip in our truck windshield. With military precision they got our insurance on a three-way call to breeze through the authorization process. A few days later Ryan showed up in front of our house, on time. As he started inspecting the car, he suggested we reschedule because the aftermarket glass he had wouldn’t work well with the Heads Up Display, potentially producing a blurry reflection. Instead of just installing the glass, he took the harder and more honorable path, something I deeply respected. The GM glass took weeks to arrive, and I received periodic status calls from American Warrior, because they were continuously leaning on the shipper. Great communication that went the extra mile. When Ryan showed up with the GM glass and started the removal and installation, I fully grasped the complexity of the task. The amount of parts that had to be removed, just to reveal the windshield, was staggering. The tight clearances made the job even harder. Ryan has clearly done this for many, many years. The removal and installation were perfect. If you care about your vehicle, you should think about hiring just such a master craftsman. There are reviews we write because the job was exceptional and you want to share the story. But there are a few reviews we write out of a sense of duty and honor. This review is the latter. The level of efficiency, proficiency, and honor that I received compels me to tell others. This is the kind of company you want to do business with.

Wanted to find a local business to replace my windshield and found American Warrior Auto Glass on Yelp. The customer service I received was 12/10 on the phone (for the life of me I cannot remember her name - girl I am so sorry! - but she was fantastic at answering my 100 questions and explaining everything in detail), and truly they were the most affordable option around. Scheduling for a time that worked for me was really easy. Ryan showed up on time in the given window, was both friendly and efficient, leaving behind some clean work - he even transferred my car wash sticker to the new glass for me. Caleb showed up shortly right afterwards in a timely fashion and was equally as friendly and efficient! I highly recommend you quit shopping and go with American Warrior - so so happy! Thanks to all three of you.

Where can I start! They were very patient with me. I had to reschedule twice because I couldn't get off work to get down to their shop for my appointment. So the 3rd time they came out to me and did a great job. Ryan was such a good guy and could tell he was passionate about his work. I called mid morning on a Friday, after the company I initially scheduled cancelled on me last minute. The receptionist here was extremely friendly. She went above/beyond to accommodate my schedule for same day windshield replacement, despite the fact that there company was otherwise booked. I arrived a bit early, and seated in the lobby. It was neat/clean. The technician was timely, completed the repair in a reasonable fashion, and was extremely friendly. I have a brand new Honda accord 2020 with less than 3000 miles on it. Had a broken windshield had this company replace the windshield, when I gave the car to them my lane departure system work perfectly. After returning my car the lane departure system would not work properly it was not calibrated correctly. I call and spoke to the owner Ryan and told him about my issue he then told me that he did everything correctly. I then took my car to a Honda dealership where they looked at it and stated that the issue with the lane departure was the windshield calibration and it was not covered under the warranty and it will cost me $340 out of pocket to have it re-calibrated. I called and talked with Ryan and he was adamant that they did it right. I explain to him that the car was brand new and the lane departure was working prior to them replacing the windshield and then when they replace the windshield it was not working. Ryan was adamant that they did nothing wrong and stated that it was not his fault and they would not be reimbursing me for the recalibration. I’m leaving this review for everyone can see that this company does not stand behind their work and does not take care of their customers. Would recommend American Warrior Auto to anyone looking to repair/replace their windshield. I asked for a specific product from a few companies and Ryan was the first to respond. They didn't have the exact option I was looking for but provided multiple alternatives with price quotes at each option. Turned out that no other companies I spoke to in the valley could get the glass I was looking for but Ryan's quick response and level of detail was what made me decide to stick with him. We were able to schedule an appointment right away and he came out to my house and did a great job, very quickly. If I ever need to get a replacement again, I'll definitely go through American Warrior!
