J & T Auto Glass

This company is amazing. I had a 40 ft RV that needed a new windshield. Granted the windshield is about 8 ft across and no easy feat to replace. My insurance sent me to a horrible glass shop in Watertown which first said they would replace the glass then refused to do the work because they lacked the knowledge and ability to replace the glass. My insurance then sent me to J&T and thou it was almost two hours to drive there I took the chance and I’m so elated that I did. I received truly professional, and caring members who made me feel comfortable allowing them to do the work. They completed the work a day early and did an amazing job replacing the windshield which looks like it was really hard work to lift the heavy glass and install. I will let anyone I see that needs glass work especially on RVs to go see J&T auto and if I ever need any more work in the future they will be my 1st choice to go to even if I have to drive all the way across country from California to do it. I travelled from Nova Scotia Canada to Syracuse to pick up my son. On Saturday May 6th at around 11:00 my car broke down near Manchester, I had it towed to a dealership in Manchester. I got a loaner from the dealership at 3:00 pm Saturday, they were unable to resolve the problem with my car. On my way with the loaner from Manchester to Syracuse 7:00 pm Saturday a very large bird swooped down and broke the windshield on the loaner. I tried reaching the 24hour glass people to n Sunday On Monday, no response. On Monday morningI started calling around and stalled out with the first two calls to glass replacement shops. One was going to get back to me, and the other bumped me to online reservations and appointments were being scheduled into May 15. J&T automotive came through. Overall a very good experience with J&T! After calling around, they were the cheapest option for replacing my wife's windshield. They were fast, friendly, and able to get us in the next day. My only complaints are that they were not available for on site windshield replacement, so you had to bring it in. And the other issue was that the building isn't the easiest to find. But definitely recommend for a cheap reliable fix to your auto glass needs!

Great experience and definitely the best price around for a chip repair. I believe that the woman I spoke to on the phone was the same woman at the front desk when I came in. She was super helpful on the phone and told me exactly what I could expect to pay. She was just as nice and helpful in person. Didn’t meet the owner but watched him conduct business, and he seems very friendly to both customers and employees. Definitely the best price around, and will absolutely be going back if I need anything else in the future!

Had to get one of my side windows replaced and everyone I interacted with and spoke with at this business were exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in for the repair the very same day (which I am forever grateful for!). I love supporting local businesses.
