Technician Will was here today to replace the rear slider-window in a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I could not be more pleased with the service. He called me at just about the time the office said he would (thanks Kristin and Jen / already an improvement over my experience with a different company) and arrived just 30 minutes later. Very friendly and professional. He explained what he would be doing and what issues we could run into, which I found honest and informative. This company is great! The technician that came to replace my windshield was nice and understanding! I missed the text saying he was here because my phone glitches and didn't get the message until almost a half hour later. I messaged him explaining what happened and he came back 5 minutes later. I will definitely be using them again if I my windshield ever cracks again. The receptionist was also great. Lloyd’s is the BEST! From punctuality to their customer service you will be happy you chose them. AND they work with your insurance! We have 10-12 medium duty daily driver, so we cannot afford to have one out of service for more than a day. The company I work for has used Lloyd’s multiple times for damage to our company trucks, these are the last 2 times we’ve called upon their service: We call *another auto glass replacement company* and got scheduled for “next day”, next day comes and we call for ETA just to get told we are not routed for service this day!!! So of course we call Lloyd’s as employees have used them for their personal vehicles and they get us scheduled for next morning. The tech was here somewhere between 830-10 just as scheduled and he had us squared away within the hour. Most recently our business owner had an encounter with a rather large rock and needed a new windshield. We called Lloyd’s and they were out the very next day and had it done in just over an hour! Lloyd’s will be my call for a replacement as it is needed, and if you need it done in a timely manner AND interact with some of the nicest people you’ve done business with — you should too.

Great company! I had an issue with Safelite (imagine that). 3/3 with bad windshields/installs (wanting to put glass that had creases, bubbles or was damaged into my vehicle, guess they figured that had me). Had them come out again, again defective windshield. Turned them away. Insurance company recommended Lloyd’s of Shelton. They arrived early. Had the correct glass and it was mint/brand new, no issues. Had the glass in perfectly without issue. They then had a second person arrive who calibrated my cameras and sensors. Brett was my technician. Amazing. Heck of a guy! Really knowledgeable, very polite, very nice. He did beyond amazing work. Thank you! I shall recommended!

Five stars is not quite enough. Everything about Lloyd's of Shelton reflects consummate professionalism. I had a windshield replacement on my late-model Volvo. I chose Lloyd's of Shelton for my Volvo windshield because of all the interactive vehicle functions that are built into the glass. It has to be right. Well, it was right. The process from insurance claim submittal through scheduling and mobile installation was prompt, personal, ans seamless. A minor problem arose afterward that was related to the windshield work and Lloyd's of Shelton handled it beyond my satisfaction, no questions asked.
