I trusted this individual in a large private sale and was paid through multiple methods, including $10,000 via Square. A month later, after taking full possession of the item, they falsely disputed the payment, claiming it was unauthorized. Square has pulled thebmoney from our acct for now and is working thru the dispute but if they side with them and give the money back —it will essentially be leaving me scammed out of both the product and the funds. This was not a misunderstanding — it was a calculated move. I’ve filed a police report and am pursuing legal action. If this is how he handles personal business, I would be extremely cautious trusting him in any professional capacity. Do your homework before doing business here.
