My Safe Auto Glass Repair and Replacement

Unfortunately, my experience here has been extremely disappointing. For those considering this business, I urge you to read my experience. I had my rear window replaced on June 20th, 2025. Initially, the installation wasn't perfect. I noticed glass shards still lodged on the left edge. But when I pointed this out, they removed them, taking additional 40 minutes. However, about 30 minutes after leaving, I discovered that the newly installed rear window has completely shattered. Upon inspecting the cracks, it was evident that the damage originated precisely from the area where the glass shards had been removed earlier. It was plausible that hidden shards left in the frame had caused stress fracture during driving or opening / closing the trunk, as local technicians I contacted also agreed. When I called the shop to resolve the issue, I spoke with Stephanie. She adamantly insisted their tempered glass couldn't break outside the shop. After clearly outlining my observations and opinions of the local technicians, Stephanie offered another glass replacement at half the price. When I requested a full refund due to my lost trust in the business, Stephanie's response quickly escalated into hostility. Stephanie kept repeating that their glass can’t break unless from an outside force in a yelling tone and rude manner consistently cutting me off, when I consistently tried to convince her of possibility of mistake happening in the shop. I testified that I drove the car and was in the car when the glass broke; no outside object was found in or near the vehicle; she repeated her points again, implying that I was lying. Over a nearly hour long call, I was repeatedly yelled at rudely and made a liar. The call ultimately resulted in Stephanie abruptly hanging up on me mid-conversation, leaving me speechless. Mistakes happen in any business; however, how this situation was handled reflect the company's integrity. Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution when considering this business. Alec was very friendly and helpful. They had my back window in stock, which I was very grateful, since someone had shattered mine yesterday morning. He was able to scheduled an appointment that same day! His installer called to let me know he was going to be arriving later than the scheduled time and ASKED if that would be fine. He was in constant contact with me the entire time, even during the installation, when I went inside to get out of the heat. He was extremely thorough and the nicest mobile assistant I have had the pleasure of meeting. I am having another service done either by the end of this week or sometime next week, depending on when the part comes in. I look forward to this service as well. I HIGHLY recommend using My Safe Auto Glass Repair and Replacement. They're prices are the most responsible with the best service.

Went to Alex based on a google search and I’m SO glad I did. His professionalism and work ethic is unbeatable. I came to him with a small crack in my rental car and needed to get it fixed. He quickly took in my car (was in and out in about 15 mins!! WOW!) and was very reasonably priced (where others were charging hundreds). He assured me the initial crack I came in for wasn’t going to spread, but the another one I had would need fixing. I couldn’t have been happier with Alex and the service he provided. Mixed feelings about this business. They replaced a shattered window the same day we took it in.. We didn’t have a long wait either. The price was $200.00 cheaper than Safelite. However, after 5 days, took it to the carwash and there was a small leak. We could see light coming in where there was no sealant. We took it back that day and they fixed it for us. All good customer service. However, we recently noticed that there is a bit of a wavy distortion when looking through the window. The glass itself looks perfect. Since it is not a front window, not too worried. Have heard that this can happen with aftermarket glass. Would probably go back to this business since Safelite was so, so much worse.

I contacted My Auto Glass and was absolutely thrilled with their prompt response and efficiency. To my surprise and great convenience, they were able to schedule my windshield replacement for the very next day! This level of responsiveness was truly impressive and greatly minimized the inconvenience of a damaged windshield. The service itself was performed flawlessly at my place of work, which was incredibly convenient and saved me valuable time. Thought I’d save some money coming here instead of having safelite come to me. Quoted me 300$ for a windshield replacement. The shop ended up being 20 minutes further than the actual shop I called. Spend 2 hours waiting for them to finish the windshield which is fine. Ended up paying 322$ for the windshield which I was told would be even more if I didn’t pay through Zelle or venmo. The A pillars of my car were still dirty and covered in black grime when I left from them removing the old windshield. I then later that night noticed a huge circle in the middle of the windshield that I thought was just some dirt. It turned out to be scratch marks from someone using some sort of rotary tool on the outside of the glass. Still only ended up saving 50$ from my safelite quote of 370$. Save yourself some time and money, don’t come to this shop.
