Just Amazing! We were on the way from Texas to Cali and a small rock chip started to spread as we were going through Arizona. We were worried about it spreading more while on I10 and then we saw Narciso's truck driving next to us. We called him and he met us at the next exit and helped with stopping the spread. God sent! The fix is still holding up until we get a chance to replace the glass when back home. Thank you!

Narciso’s Auto Glass is an awesome company and a true blessing!!! My husband and I have been searching for someone to fix a window in our 2010 Ford Escape and had no luck, the places we called required us to leave the car overnight which it would be very difficult because we need the car for work. The Monsoon weather is here which means raining weather, I was very stressed!!! I called many places and I did not want to leave my car, so finally I called Narciso’s Auto Glass and he understood my frustration and relieved our stress by reassuring us that he would come over to our house within 20 minutes and fix our car window. It was the weekend and believe it or not they showed up and worked on our car and fixed the problem and the best, at a reasonable price. We didn’t have to leave the car. Wonderful experience! They were able to come to my apartment complex with no issues, I was able to text a picture of the car's location and have the car unlocked for them. There was an issue with the wrong size windshield, but they rescheduled quickly and it was no issue. Very respectful and professional. Great price, HALF of what Safelite quoted me. Absolutely would recommend, I will use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Narciso’s. I am truly grateful because I was just recently scammed by another place, CLEAR AS DAY AUTO GLASS with Darnell- beware there are a few who were scammed. Wind was coming through, the window was rattling, couldn’t go through the car wash and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen when the monsoons came. I called and he was able to get me in and help me out when other places turned me down for being a “repair” to a poor install. 🙏🏽☺️✌🏽 UPDATE: I forgot to add! Darnell left wires hanging from my window to the rear view mirror and I thought if they were able to be hidden, he would have hid them. Obviously not, Nariscos tucked the wires away beautifully and I am so grateful, I was just going to accept the hanging wires when I didn’t need too. Dear Nariscos, I have left a raving review about you on Darnell’s page with your contact info! I don’t know if I would have a car after monsoon season if it wasn’t for you and your beautiful family and I cannot thank you enough. 🙏🏽

I have a great experience with Narciso's Auto Glass LLC today . July 7, 2025. I called to ask for a quote. Communication went fast from cost agreement to doing the service. Within less than an hour, the repair was done. I will recommend this business because they are quick, and rendered an outstanding customer service. Thank you Narciso and thank you to your son too.
