Great place to get windshield repair or replacement. I’ve been to Novus twice, and I’ve always left happy. Prices are good, technician was respectful and quick to the fix. I was in and out within an hour. I’d recommend to my friends with a quickness. Convenient location, with a great local owned coffee shop/ protein shake place located around the front of the building. Hand crafted candy shop too.

Damian did a great job replacing our cracked windshield. He and the assistants at the counter were really helpful and informative. They also accommodated us by fitting us into their busy schedule and made us comfortable and welcomed while we waited. He completed his work in a short amount of time and we decided to get the windshield tinted as Damien patiently explained our options.Thank you Novus!

Tried to get my window replaced at home in Aroostook County. Every place was 2-3 day shipping and couldn’t get it in to be repaired for over a week. Called down just to check an availability….. they got my window in and fixed it for me the next day. Some places need to take notes from these guys on how to run a business. Can’t thank you enough, (they even threw some replacement tint on to boot)

Awesome service, professional , friendly staff and quick service! I called yesterday because my windshield was hit with a rock on Monday by a construction truck. I called yesterday they were quick to give me a quote and schedule me for the next day. They worked with my insurance and was so easy and I file the claim and they got it right away and scheduled me for the next day!

Went back due to a rick hitting my windshield. They quoted me a price $30 less than what my deductible through my insurance would be. Not only was it affordable, but they took me right in and i was on my way windshield fixed in no time. Friendly, helpful staff. Waited 30 days and still no glass from another glass company. Novus got me right in the next day and even though we hit a bump I still had my glass replaced in less than a week. I will definitely use them again.
