Carlos was on time (early even!), professional, and gave an excellent price. So nice that he comes to your house. I needed a new windshield in a pinch before I drove 2,000 miles for a cross country move and he got me in the next day. Zero complaints with the glass and service! Choose Orozco!

He subcon the job, the guy he sent to me does not know how to remove the plastic trim and broke it, also breaks the center mirror attachment and denied damaging it. Installed xyg instead of fuyao glass as agreed via phone. Stole my curve plier i left in the hood while removing the trim.

So full disclosure I did not end up using Orozco, as my insurance didn't have it listed as one of their preferred companies which meant I would have had to pay up front and then be reimbursed by them, so I went with a different company that my insurance agreed to pay immediately. However, I'm leaving this review simply because the owner through that whole process was incredibly courteous, professional, and kind. I contacted him about three separate times about the work I needed done on my vehicle, asking multiple questions pretty much each time, and he was extremely nice every time we talked. Even when I informed him that I had to go with a different company, he was still extremely pleasant and professional. While it didn't work out this time, I intend to keep his company in mind for any future times I may need help. Thanks, Orozoco!

Such fast and quality work. We needed help with a side window that some random person broke out of our vehicle on a Sunday. We called and they quoted us an incredibly reasonable price, very respectful, very kind. He was out the very next day and was meticulous in his work. Couldn't have asked for a better result. Will call for all glass needs!

Reliable fast service, I was able to set everything up though Facebook messenger in the afternoon and he came straight to my address the next morning as scheduled and was done quickly.
