Went through about 3 windshields with this place which they paid for them all except for the original windshield that went into my Jeep. The 1st windshield they didn’t install the windshield trim correctly and it looked terrible so I had them fix it and they did so by installing another windshield. The 2nd windshield leaked terribly and I took it back to them and had them fix it and they took the windshield completely out and reinstalled it. About a month goes by and the 2nd windshield stress cracks from the inside. I took it back to them and had them fix it yet again installing another windshield. The 3rd windshield leaks yet again and I brought it back to them to fix it and all they did was put more urethane on the inside of my windshield and it just looks bad and sticks out like a sore thumb and it still leaks. If you have a older Jeep Wrangler I’d avoid this place like the plague.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

They were great - I brought the car over to them on a Friday expecting to leave it over the weekend. They told me that it might be possible to have it done by Saturday if the windshield arrived on time, and they had the time but couldn't promise anything. I told them Monday was fine. On Saturday morning I got a text telling me that the car was ready and they did an absolutely professional job. It was an old car, and the glass was perfect, along with the installation of the molding around it. I would highly recommend them!!

This place broke a part in my wife's door and tell us that we have to pay to fix they are not a good ran business. We received a call that something was broken and that the window wouldn't work right and the part was like 300.00 more than what they told us. And the phone call was 2and a half hour after we dropped it off, not 20 or 30 as it would have been found then not as you were putting it back in. So I would recommend Try Cullman glass not this place.

I tried to tell them for almost a year that the glass they replaced was causing a leak. They denied, denied, denied and said there was no way that the leak was caused by the new windshield. The person in charge was extremely rude! I had to take it to the Honda dealership and an auto body shop to get them to help me. Both of them said it was definitely the new windshield. The auto body shop was able to get Oden's to try to repair the seal but that didn't work. They tried approximately 4 different times which was very inconvenient. Finally, Oden's had to pull the whole glass to reseal it in order to get the leak to stop. Definitely not worth it!!

This place did a wonderful job replacing my tesla m3p windshield! I can't lie I was a little skeptical at first not doing the oem replacement because of all the tech that is in a tesla car. But it couldn't have went smoother! Windshield looks amazing just like oem, its a fuyao glass which chinese tesla models actually use as oem. I was able to recalibrate the cameras from within the infotainment center and didn't need the 2nd calibration as my full self driving works just fine! Would definitely recommend odens glass, Justin did an amazing job and they're all very sweet and polite

Left a house window frame so the installer could measure for replacement glass. Shop lost the frame and insisted I picked up the frame before the glass arrived and was operating installed. Their shop is almost 30 miles from my home. I had no reason to come back and get the frame before it was ready. Windows were installed in 1996, so the entire window now likely need replaced rather than just the bottom frame.
