So I locked my daughter in my brand new Yukon XL I had no phone cause it was locked in my car and no extra key and it was very hot. Well needless to say I had to smash the back window to get her out. I thought for sure I would have to pay 500-1000 $ to get it replaced. Which I definitely did not have. A friend told me about Odens said they were very reasonable. I called and they told me it would only be 195 plus tax and they could do it as soon as two days later!!! I was in shock!! And grateful was an au understatement!!! The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and helpful! I would recommend this wonderful place to anyone!! Family business is the way to go!!! They actually care about the customers that come in!!! There was a man who was two dollars short and they were okay with that and more worries about taking his last bit of money than anything!!! These people are awesome!!! THANK YOU ODENS!!!!

They were great - I brought the car over to them on a Friday expecting to leave it over the weekend. They told me that it might be possible to have it done by Saturday if the windshield arrived on time, and they had the time but couldn't promise anything. I told them Monday was fine. On Saturday morning I got a text telling me that the car was ready and they did an absolutely professional job. It was an old car, and the glass was perfect, along with the installation of the molding around it. I would highly recommend them!!

This place did a wonderful job replacing my tesla m3p windshield! I can't lie I was a little skeptical at first not doing the oem replacement because of all the tech that is in a tesla car. But it couldn't have went smoother! Windshield looks amazing just like oem, its a fuyao glass which chinese tesla models actually use as oem. I was able to recalibrate the cameras from within the infotainment center and didn't need the 2nd calibration as my full self driving works just fine! Would definitely recommend odens glass, Justin did an amazing job and they're all very sweet and polite

Most displeased. They damaged my new car on a hatchback glass replacement. They had it fixed by a body shop. Car has 1500 miles on it and today when I washed it there were several stains on top and on hood. It looked like rust. This car is always garaged. It might’ve been tree sap but it was a pain to scrub off. It could’ve been a chemical. Idk. But it looks like rust stains. Most displeased with there service.

I went there to get my window put back on track so i have time to order the parts and put them on myself, there are two bolts missing on my door panel that was there before( i have pics) they tore off my entire water barrier, caused rust inside my door, messed up my speaker due to the water they let in from taking that off, and there was a missing door foam for the arm rest, i am not happy at all and yall costed me a lot of money. Very unprofessional and careless and i wouldnt trust them with any vehicle you value

Went through about 3 windshields with this place which they paid for them all except for the original windshield that went into my Jeep. The 1st windshield they didn’t install the windshield trim correctly and it looked terrible so I had them fix it and they did so by installing another windshield. The 2nd windshield leaked terribly and I took it back to them and had them fix it and they took the windshield completely out and reinstalled it. About a month goes by and the 2nd windshield stress cracks from the inside. I took it back to them and had them fix it yet again installing another windshield. The 3rd windshield leaks yet again and I brought it back to them to fix it and all they did was put more urethane on the inside of my windshield and it just looks bad and sticks out like a sore thumb and it still leaks. If you have a older Jeep Wrangler I’d avoid this place like the plague.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
