On Time Auto Glass Repair Mobile

I don’t write many reviews but I need to share this. On Time Auto Glass just finished installing a new windshield on our 99 Landrover Discovery and I am very happy with the service and the results. Highlights include: 1) Same day appointment on a Friday PM was very convenient, 2) Julio was at my house right on time, 3) good quality, heavy duty windshield at a fair price, 4) last but most importantly, Julio was very professional, careful to put back all the trim exactly as it was installed and took the time to do the job right. Like other reviews, Julio is an ace installer and has won all my future glass repair business and referrals. Happy, happy!

Amazing customer service from Joel and the technician who fixed my window. Like everyone in sf I woke up one morning walked to my car and saw my window busted right before a work day. They came to me while I was at work and fixed my window right up within 35-45 min I was on my way with a window after work. They provided a huge relief from the stress burden of having to find a place to call and go to after work. They even went so far as to provide a teacher discount and it was so thoughtful considering the day I was having. Great customer support and great technicians work on my ole faithful 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback. Thanks again!

These guys are life savers. Twice now I've had my passenger car window smashed (nothing stolen because nothing visible or in the car) and both times On Time Auto Glass Repair fixed it same day. The first time we were flying to Hawaii that night and these guys got out and fixed it before we had to drive to the airport. They do an amazing job and come to wherever you live. After the first repair job some glass found its way into the lock mechanism and we could not shut the door fully. I thought it was going to be a huge issue because it was a few weeks after the repair (we noticed it after our trip) but I called the owner and the crew was back at my apartment that day and were able to get the glass out of the frame and fix the door. Total pros and great work. I had another break in recently (#recallChesa) and they fixed the window within a few hours of calling. Both times my insurance didn't accept the receipt but I let the owner know and he got me a detailed invoice within a few minutes of calling him. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. Update: Second time with this team in less than a week for a 2nd break in. 5/5 XP. — "On Time" is right. It goes without saying that having your window smashed is violating and disruptive. This business helped me move forward with life quickly. I had misfortune of having a side window smashed late last night. At 9am today, I texted Joel and had a quote and appointment set for 11am. Easy. His technician, Juan Carlos, was at my home and called me on the minute of our appointment. Within 30 mins, we shook hands and he was on his way. My car window was broken Friday night, I called On Time Auto Glass next day and they scheduled an appointment for mobile service at my house. They cleaned up all the smash glass and had really friendly customer service. The service was fast and very convenient, I really recommend this place for any glass needs :) Update: I got my windshield replaced by On Time Auto Glass. Exceptional service, and very happy with how quickly they got the job done. I really recommend this auto glass shop for all your needs. They also have a mobile service in all the Bay Area. This is definitely the company to get in touch with if you need a cheap/quick window fixed. My car window was broken into so I contacted Joel on a Sunday and got a response within the hour. We agreed on a time the next day on a Monday afternoon. My plans changed, and they changed with them by moving the location of where the window was replaced to where I had to be. The window was replaced and they cleaned up the old glass left behind from the break in. It only took about 45 minutes! They were super professional the entire time and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!
