Orange Blossom Auto Glass

See attached photos. First two shows the crack/damage on my original windshield. Second photo shows one of many rubber pieces they left behind after replacing my windshield. One morning, I noticed a large crack (bigger than a dollar bill) across my windshield. Saw it shortly after starting the car/defrosting the windshield. Suspect root cause occurred a day prior when the car in front of me decided to merge back onto the I-4 at the last second. Kicked up some rocks/debris off the road and dinged my car. Called my insurance to file a claim/start the process. They referred me to a couple of places that had low reviews. Didn't feel comfortable with their recommendations. I opted to choose my own to ensure I get better service. I immediately found Orange Blossom Auto Glass. Based on the amount of positive reviews on google, I decided to go with them. The receptionist who worked with me over the phone was super nice and helpful during the process. Was super easy to sign the paper electronically over the phone/internet. Even sent a reminder e-mail for the appointment. They were able to send a crew to my home to do the windshield replacement. I went with the aftermarket windshield on my 2014 honda crv. They called prior to stopping by and gave an ETA. I was applying a gel stain on my front door of the house when they came by, so I wasn't able to observe the work done. I couldn't recall, but I think they may have sent a third party crew. I don't believe the vehicle they came in had an Orange Blossom Auto Glass tag on it, but their own third party name. The two gentlemen who had stopped by were courtesy and started the job right away without me having to present. Job was done quickly, I signed paper work, and they left. They even left adhesive so that I could re-apply my dash cam to the windshield. Since it takes some time for the windshield the cure, they asked that I wait before applying dash cam and not to drive. Docked some stars/leaving a neutral review since they left multiple rubber pieces from windshield, they didn't transfer my work parking decal, and they called shortly after the job was completed to let me know that someone was on their way to start the job. This initially confused me. Since I originally cancelled one of the many auto glass shops I was shopping around for prior to going with Orange Blossom, I panicked and thought maybe another crew did the work and not Orange Blossom...until I realized they messed up. Oh, and they left a few emails asking for a review. I kind of find this tacky and wish they only had sent one email instead of multiple. Also, I like to wait a few weeks in case an issue comes up before leaving a review. My recommendation that they only send one email or at least wait a couple of weeks before sending the second reminder email to leave a review. Prior to getting windshield replaced, I wish I knew what to expect when going with aftermarket windshield VS OEM. I never used RainX or anything like it, but feel like the water doesn't repel at all on the new windshield compared to my old original. Especially when there's just a small/misty rain that normally didn't require me to use my wipers. Thanks!

Vanessa and Dee are amazing!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Vanessa went above and beyond and found me same day service before some important appointments I couldn’t miss that day. Vanessa took initiative and provided top tier customer service. Dee was attentive and provided professional and proactive communication throughout the whole process! Dee even called me to tell me he picked up my glass and he was on the way to me. He completed my replacement under 30 minutes and my car looks brand new. Thank you to both of them! I use my car for travel and work and they didn’t let me miss a beat either getting this emergency windshield replacement fixed! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Start to finish I had an excellent experience with this company. Customer service was wonderful. They reached out to the insurance company to make sure I wouldn’t have to pay anything, scheduled me for next day service, came to my work, and recalibrated my windshield in the field - something two other companies stated couldn’t be done. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace a windshield.

Found Orange Blossom Auto Glass Via a quick google search after getting a bad X shaped chipped on my windshield. The Team at Orange Blossom Auto Glass were able to address my concerns. Maribel was my first point of contact and she was very professional and took care of me. Process was flawless. I was schedule for next day services and Met with Justin who was going to be installing the new windshield. Justin was great and Professional. I’ve had to use this service twice (unfortunately for my car), but fortunately for me, they are fantastic. They do a seamless job each time and customer service is incredible. I spoke with Heidi on the phone after I tried for 10 minutes to get on the phone with my insurance company to no avail. She was able to assist me and schedule my appointment within minutes. The technicians were prompt with communication and arrived right on time. Thank you orange blossom for being a reliable solution to a terribly pesky issue on these Florida roads!

Thank God for Orange Blossom Auto Glass who saved the day. After delays and cancellations dealing with Safelite for weeks I called Orange Blossom. Not only did Maribel take my call on a Saturday afternoon, she had everything approved by insurance and booked for the very next day. I felt like I was in good hands and I was right. Justin came out to install the glass and he was prompt and very communicative. He had it completed in 30 minutes. You could not ask for a better company or for better people to assist you.
