I don't even give 5 star reviews unless it's well deserved. I broke my brother's 2012 prius C back windshield yesterday and needed a new one installed asap for a good price before my brother got home. I called a lot of places and got some crazy high offers. This place gave me the best deal, and the workers were 1000% professional and finished the job in an hour. The owner of the repair shop was extremely nice and welcoming. I promised him a good review because I was very nervous since it was my brother's car, but this place really ended up impressing me. I even saw them working on a Tesla. Highly recommend, great customer satisfaction!! 👍

I recently took my car to Orange County Auto Glass on a Saturday to get a chip in my windshield repaired. The process started with a quick and easy phone call where they quoted me a fair price and assured me I could come by anytime that day. Upon arrival, they promptly inspected my windshield and got to work within minutes. My wife and I decided to take advantage of the waiting time by walking down the street to Sarinana's Restaurant, where we enjoyed an amazing lunch. When we returned, they were just finishing up the repairs. To my pleasant surprise, they informed me that my windshield actually had two cracks, which they repaired at no additional charge. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Orange County Auto Glass. They are a fair and honest business that truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement.

Orange County Auto Glass provided excellent service for my windshield replacement. I took my car to their shop in Santa Ana and they had the new windshield installed within an hour. The technicians were very skilled and did a flawless job. The replacement windshield looks perfect with no defects, gaps, or issues whatsoever. The quality of their work is top-notch. Their pricing was also very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quick 1-hour turnaround time. I paid an affordable rate for an OEM windshield and professional installation done right at their facility. Had windshield replaced on a 2024 tesla model 3 highland. I called around and pretty much nobody had the part in stock since the car was relatively new after the redesign. Dealer wanted $$$$ to replace it and they outsource to other shops anyway. Safelite had it in stock but was very close in price to the dealer. Tesla customer service is awful anyway. All inquiries are directed through an automated system and they really DGAF about you. OC Auto glass had it in stock and was about 40% less than what the dealership charged. They used an aftermarket glass by XYG which as far as I can tell looks and performs the same. I don't see any distortion and the acoustic glass sounds the same. I came the next day after confirming the vin and model and I was in an out within an hour. They did a great job and I'm glad I took a chance, even though those Tesla fanboys think that you need to buy OEM parts (you don't).

Long, overdue review. But came in to fix my windshield and they did it perfectly. Made a last-minute appointment and needed the earliest time available. They let me know to just show up as they open on Saturday morning and they'll take me, no problem. As I arrived, they had some hiccup and had to open a little later, so some people were already waiting. No problem. I waited in their waiting room, which is a bit small. I was just hoping they would update me as to how long it would take. It was a while until I had to ask for an estimated time of completion. It wasn't until then that they called me 10 min after that they were done. They were friendly though. Overall though, they did a great job for a very price. I'd recommend it.

I got my windshield replaced here. The price was very reasonable and included labor. Installation was quick, about an hour. The downside was the customer service. We had to wait because the staff at the reception kept answering phone calls and ignored people in line. They didn’t explain the cost, but at least they charged the same as the phone quote. I’m happy with the price and the work, but the service needs improvement. I’d return for the good price, but they should treat walk-in customers better.
