I had a phenomenal experience with Ultimate Auto Glass. Lindsey was always quick to respond and got me scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. Justin went above and beyond when fixing my window, even taking the time to clean the duct tape adhesive off of it from the cardboard cover I had made. The window installation took less than an hour, and they came to me to complete the service which made it so much easier on my end. It was a seamless experience all around, and I will definitely return to them if I ever need another glass repair in the future!

I read the 5 star reviews about this location and the infamous Ruben and wondered if it was too good to be true. Well, I just got back today and can confirm it was a 5 star experience! Ruben is great! I just got my windshield installed today in about an hour. He was able to help me out and offer quicker service too instead of the initial longer service time quoted. I definitely appreciate the help as I had to go back to work. He's been installing windows for awhile, so he's a pro! Cool guy to talk with. He gave me a call before my appointment, which I appreciated to give me peace of mind that he was there. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and did a great job! There is a waiting room with coffee and water. After the replacement, he went over the things I shouldn't do, like putting your sunshades up for a few days so it doesn't stick to the window. After I left, he called to add additional information about not attaching my camera to the window for a few days. ( I don't remember exactly the # of days) I appreciated the quick callback. The window I received was Fuyao which I believe is an OEM brand made in the USA. The window looks great! Thank you so much Ruben! I will be recommending everyone to go to him. They were one of the places on my AAA list, so I decided to try them instead of Safelite and Caliber which had horrible reviews. Insurance experience: My AAA recommended I go to Safelite, I found out they have a financial partnership. Read the reviews and they were awful. For something as important as a windshield, I wanted to find a place that also had good customer service in case something went wrong. Being able to get a hold of someone quickly was important to me. If you have AAA, get a referral # from them, then text the # on Ultimate's voice-mail. No one picked up when I called, but I did get replies back through text msg and even phone calls from their dispatch in Georgia. I had to try 3 times to get an appointment due to my insurance not accepting their company after they just recommended me to them. After getting a different rep and going through AAA first with a referral #, that worked a lot better. Hope this helps someone. This was my first time having to replace a windshield with a deductible. Get the comprehensive insurance to cover your windows. My deductible was $250. Thank you Ruben, you are awesome!

This was THE BEST costumer service I have ever received! Ruben was who helped me, he came the next day after reaching out to them and came to fix my window at my work !!!! And not to mention he vacuumed out all the broken glass from the back seat of my car from the break in😧🥹 he did not have to do that at all but literally made my whole week better!! If you were thinking about using them, call and make an appt rn!

Crystal and Ruben were amazing, my Hyundai Elantra was part of Tic Tok challenge, and they broke my back glass in attempts to steal my car luckily with no success with a USB charger (which a pink one that wasn't mine was left in the car for proof) and it was hard to find the glass, but Crystal went above and beyond by Crystal being the only person willing to help me (the rest would say don't have it and hang up on me) she was the only empathic one and helped find one in another state, ordered it and kept me updated every other day about the time frame. Others made me wait and then said can't find it sorry and hang up on me. I had no glass and nervous my car would get stolen. I ended up being a steering wheel lock (I recommended everyone to go out and buy now, crime is going up) Ruben came right at the time he said he would and worked so quick and so was so helpful. This is the only place with great prices (others wanted double their prices) and best customer service and really felt like they wanted to help.

I had my windshield replaced on 6/12. I cannot believe how easy everything was! They filed my claim for me and immediately scheduled an appointment for a replacement. I cannot say enough about Ruben! He was kind, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. All and all, the replacement took less than an hour.I would NEVER use another company. I just had my Wrangler windshield fixed by Ultimate Auto Glass. My Wrangler is less than a year old and a rock flew up and hit my windshield smack dab in the middle immediately causing a good size chip. I didn’t think it could be fixed, and if it was fixed, I would see a big glob of glue on my windshield until I replaced it. Well, that isn’t how it ended up! Ruben did such an amazing job repairing the chip that I only see what looks to be a spec of dirt. Completely unnoticeable!! I was so happy because I wanted to keep my original Wrangler windshield. Thank you Ruben!!!
