Precision Auto Glass

Brought my car in for a cracked windshield. Don’t let the rather humble shop fool you. Excellent service, had an issue, they fixed the problem and even showed and explained what they were doing and why. Excellent price. Would not hesitate to take my car there again, and will enthusiastically recommend them to friends.

Someone had bashed in my back window, I called and spoke with Jeff at Precision to get a price and when they could get it done. Precision was a reasonable price AND they could get it done the NEXT day! They also did an amazing job of cleaning up the glass from my trunk. (Hopefully this never happens again) but if it does, I will be calling Precision

Great job replacing the windshield on our truck. I was given a quote over the phone (best price and warranty that I found in the Green Bay area) and Jeff stood by it. He stated that the appointment would take 1.5 hours. They had it ready in exactly that timeframe. There's a lifetime guarantee on their workmanship. Clean waiting area and restroom. Jeff was courteous, efficient and professional. Excellent experience overall. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were awesome. I pulled in right before quitting time with a rock chip that happened 5 minutes earlier. They were finishing up two other vehicles. I'm sure they just wanted to go home, but they got me right in and took care of the chip. With the freeze and thaw going on, I'm sure the crack would have spread. They stayed late and took care of it. My windshield is heated and only available via dealership. They saved a lot of money for me. THANKS!!!

I was using my niece's car when a stone popped onto the windshield and cracked it in an area about the size of a dime. That same day her cracked windshield was fixed to look like brand new. I could hardly find where the damage was located. I am extremely happy with their work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also, I thought the cost for the repair was more than fair.

First thing I liked about Precision Auto Glass is when I called, I talked to a human being, right away. He was very polite, and gave me a very reasonable price and lead time within minutes. I had called Friday afternoon, they ordered the windshield I needed and got me in first thing Monday morning. The few guys I talked to dropping off and picking up were all polite, and very helpful. This is the kind of service that you hope for and then some. I hope I don't need another windshield any time soon, but if I do, I will call them again!
